Its very good..Location is very ideal...Its at village called Nelladu en route Ernakulam Thekkady route..Road for Muvattupuzha is not good at all..While coming from Muvattupuzha you may take a left just before entering to Nelladu city and drive further about 150 meters to reach this industrial park..At security gate you may need to take a pass and undergo COVID SOP..
