Spectacle Review

Super accommodating and friendly staff. The store carries a lot of high end brands but I was able to find an amazing pair of frames in my student budget range. I don't really write reviews but had to after my exchange with them today

Called for some information, woman who answered was absolutely pleasant and helpful, unlike other places I called she answered all my questions. Just want to say thank you, as I've been calling around to a lot of places and I seem to get short or no answers.

Beautiful store! Very helpful and kind staff. Ordered in a frame they didn't have in store, only took 3 days to have my frames all ready for me! Definitely the best place in London to shop!

Every visit I receive excellent service. The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Also, their frame selection is diverse and stylish. They are the best optical store in London, no doubt.

Looked around at a few other stores which had various 2 for 1 style promotions, but found was still cheaper to come back to this place.
Found the variety here to be better as well.

Fantastic little spot in London. Best eyewear shop I've ever been to. The design and layout of the store is amazing, they carry brands I couldn't find anywhere else in London, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Offered me coffee and water while I browsed. Was so impressed with the overall experience I ended up buying my eyeglasses and sunglasses there in the same trip. Highly recommended!

I had an outstanding experience at spectacle company! I had Tom Ford glasses for many years but due to an event involving my friends dog, the lens popped out and the frame was chewed. I didn't know what to expect when I brought my glasses in, however, they replaced the glasses (frame and all) without charging me. FANTASTIC customer service. Anyone who is looking to buy glasses in London should definitely come here!!

Been my go-to shop for over 5 years. The most recent experience I had with the new staff has been terrible. Now I'll have my company benefit spent elsewhere unfortunately until more customer-friendly people get hired again. I'm always willing to go back if this happens!

Best decor of all competitors. Wish I could include pictures.
Best(and I really mean this)selection of frames anywhere(well in London, Hamilton & Kelowna anyway),
They also offer you free water-bottles, coffee & cookies. Not the cheap big-store bought kind either.

Really forget everything else. If you are solely looking for the un-boring, dim-a-dozen frames, you need to get yourself to this unique place.

Updated. Terrible customer and technical service. Purchased glasses for $850 and they were of poor quality and design. They were NOT fitted to my face properly after 5+ visits, causing extreme headaches. Byron Optometry fixed it in 5 minutes. I will never return here, they know nothing about glasses. You can't just sell frames and not know how to fit them.

Had a very pleasant experience here . I purchased Carolyn Abrahm glasses and the optician Dzemaijil helped me. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would definetly recommend this establishement for anyone looking for top of the line glasses ! Great job Spectacle Company !

I bought lenses & frames here a few years ago and have been nothing but happy with the service, selection, pricing and quality of product. I had to buy new lenses last year & when they came in and didn't work for me, they replaced the lenses free of charge and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I've suggested many friends shop here to find a unique selection of classy frames!

This place helped me a ton when I broke my glasses. I would recommend anyone on the fence to head on over. Staff is really nice!

These people are amazing, you can't find elsewhere the expertise these cats possess.

I went in a little sceptical of their specticles, but left a true believer!

Did the eye exam in house, it's the best one I've had anywhere, felt like I got the most accurate prescription I've ever had so far.

All their glasses are cool, but I found some really unique ones that were bang on what I was looking for.

Also, they were good enough to adjust my lady friend's glasses for free since she was with me.

6/5 stars gang, you deserve it. Spectacular store.
