I had an outstanding experience at spectacle company! I had Tom Ford glasses for many years but due to an event involving my friends dog, the lens popped out and the frame was chewed. I didn't know what to expect when I brought my glasses in, however, they replaced the glasses (frame and all) without charging me. FANTASTIC customer service. Anyone who is looking to buy glasses in London should definitely come here!!
