Dr Raquel Cowan is the worst infectious disease specialist! She did nothing but waste my time and money. She is so uncaring, rude and not thorough at all. Don t waste your money people there are far better doctors than her.

While the staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, unfortunately my experience with the surgeon was not good. My questions were not met with direct answers and understanding. I did not feel there was a comfortable space to get answers, guidance or information from such an experienced professional.

I could not recommend this business more highly. Throughout the whole process, all of the staff have been kind, patient and informative. I had to change my appointment twice and it was no issue at all - receptionists were lovely and didn't make a fuss about it. Dr Zainab was extremely friendly, professional and thoroughly explained my treatment plan.
