I have had a very bad shopping experience!
I am a founder of design company. This is my first time ordering a digital menu (32 "DIgital Menu Board Standard). The photos on the Internet are completely different from the actual items. The online photos are the correct digital menu board. The actual items we received are standard TV from JVC. And it was delivered by Currys. Very interesting! "Internet product images are deceptive." Then we asked to change to another USB digital menu board. This company charged us a difference of 433 pounds, which includes collection fees and shipping costs. This company doesn't think it's wrong at all, and all the expenses are paid by customers (us).

After waiting for almost a month, finally, the USB digital menu and four Telescopic Ceiling Mounts was delivered to the store; there is missing parts, so our 4 digital menus couldn't be installed. We told them about this. They replied: Now the manufacturer warehouse has a visual proof of items that they sent, so they are not taking any responsibility. The only thing you can do is place a new order for "extra plates only" and we will deliver these plates as soon as we can. They totally don't want to deal with it. He simply asked us to buy a new one. It's really hard to imagine how such an irresponsible company would exist.

I have e-mails for all the above events. We have been deal with different companies everyday and we have never seen worst. We're paying for the hardware with missing part and no services.
I am a victim, but I don't want you to be the next one!
