They waste your time. Telling you to keep calling just to get in by then you can find another company to work with.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not good to their employees. If your working a post by yourself the don't give you breaks and say your abandoning your post if your hungry or thirsty. Expect you to work doubles and if you say you can't good luck getting scheduled. Also the lady at the front desk at the office is not professional whatsoever. All around bad experience working for them. 8.25 an hour isn't worth your time. Go to pro-tech security or any other security company.

This place is wack and it sucks. They tell you to call every week. Everyone in the office are horrible and very unprofessional...

What you guys did to Orlando Brown was not only violent, excessive, and aggressive, but it was also illegal. I'll be calling your office on Wednesday to speak with management about where I can deliver both a subpoena and a cease and desist.

Through out my years with SOA. You have one of the greatest team that anyone could ask for. Doug, Ron and crew it's an honor to work with you. Working with you has shown, teach or help me out in so many ways. Not only we came together as a crew, but also as family. Since 2012 , I'm very grateful and blessed to be working for SOA. May God continue to bless you and your crew / family.

I feel like I'm in a family with all the guards and staff. It's well organized without the feeling of chaos. They manage to keep it simple, professional and on point at every show. I always look forward to going to work when I work with S.O.A.

Extremely rude and unprofessional at the Cambridge building where they do food stamps and insurance etc.. The 2 black women sitting at the desk using foul language and body language is screaming laziness and contempt for interacting with anyone. Not customer service prioritized. Awful image to display to the public and this company should not allow these types of women to represent the company.

Worked for SOA thankfully I m no longer with them an have moved onto a better company that provides a lot more to there employees an shows that they are valued. They are extremely unprofessional, expecting you to work whenever a supervisor calls you. If you are on post an about to be off shift an a supervisor calls you to notify you about a call off they say you cannot leave your post until another guard is there to replace you an threaten that if you abandon your post you will not have a job there receptionist is lovely for threatening a persons job. The negligence of these two guards SOA had on site losing the master keys to the Clark County Government Center an SOA not bothering to even care other than to just remove those two guards. SOA doesn t value there post locations because they are the lowest bidding contractors. Will be uploading emails and photos here soon. Not the best service an company to work for but hey they hire just about anyone with a guard card company is perfect entry level work an you will never be out of work with them but you ll never get a raise either they have no any advancement in the company they will claim that they can give you more hours if you need more work. They never have equipment they will send you for the training an say the equipment is still being ordered. I purchased my own gear I d rather be self efficient.

I love them already & I just started December of 2016 ... they treated me like family & everybody's just kind & more than just opened their doors for me ... the best people to work for. Can't say enough about everybody from the office to site supervisors & mobile patrol supervisors. Too many to name & I don't want any of them to say I'm biased... lol

I love working with this people they are nice and kind. No "haw siaw" no discrimination. Most of all they have respect and trust to us. Wonderful management and supervisors. God bless you more
