Worked for SOA thankfully I m no longer with them an have moved onto a better company that provides a lot more to there employees an shows that they are valued. They are extremely unprofessional, expecting you to work whenever a supervisor calls you. If you are on post an about to be off shift an a supervisor calls you to notify you about a call off they say you cannot leave your post until another guard is there to replace you an threaten that if you abandon your post you will not have a job there receptionist is lovely for threatening a persons job. The negligence of these two guards SOA had on site losing the master keys to the Clark County Government Center an SOA not bothering to even care other than to just remove those two guards. SOA doesn t value there post locations because they are the lowest bidding contractors. Will be uploading emails and photos here soon. Not the best service an company to work for but hey they hire just about anyone with a guard card company is perfect entry level work an you will never be out of work with them but you ll never get a raise either they have no any advancement in the company they will claim that they can give you more hours if you need more work. They never have equipment they will send you for the training an say the equipment is still being ordered. I purchased my own gear I d rather be self efficient.
