Sparsh Communications is a very nice company I worked for this company as an Android developer more than a year. You will get full freedom. Management is very friendly. I got a good hike in Salary. But one small concern about this company is they give low holidays than
compare to other companies. But one good thing about this company they work 5 days in a week.
