I have been with Sparsh Communications from past 4 years. I had an amazing time working with Sparsh. I receive useful and constructive feedback from my manager. The environment in this organization supports a balance between work and personal life. My manager understands the benefits of maintaining a balance between work and personal life. I am able to satisfy both my job and family/personal responsibilities. The pace of the work in this organization enables me to do a good job. The amount of work I am asked to do is reasonable.

4. Employee Friendly company which provides optimum work life balance but on needed basis need to work on weekend for client benefits and off-course employee will get comp off.
5. Very supporting staff and management for entry level engineers and interns.
