I have now worked at Spark for over 7 years so know the company very well.

There is a fantastic family feel to Spark with a committed, positive management team and a hard working, can do attitude throughout the workforce.

During my time here I personally have experienced great career progression.

My experience has been that Spark have always tried to progress people from within the business when a suitable role has become available if the individual is hard working, positive and willing to learn.

In short Spark is a great place to work.

Having worked for Spark for 18 years I have got to know the company extremely well. Welcoming and family orientated with an on site canteen complete with pool tables. Spark has always been and continues to be a great place to work !

I spent a bit of time here over a year ago, they're a bit rubbish really, and It's a bit of a 'face fits' environment sadly. It's a bit of a cowboy operation, and seems to be a bit of a remedial playground for everyone that isn't capable of finding work in a proper call/contact centre environment.

Training was virtually non existent, but you'll be expected to go out and work on live systems, but you'll find you will pick things up by teaching your self it, or alternatively 'winging it' and hoping for the best.

On the campaign that I was thrown on to (different to the one that I applied for, and also interviewed for...) DPA, didn't seem to matter, because you can apparently sit on a call, and play on your mobile phone, but also change passwords for the customer via logging into their account... which in itself is a breach.

Adherence and Compliance weren't even mentioned, so I'm going to imagine that they don't exist in Spark.

Seriously, save yourself the time, and aggro, and go elsewhere!

I started work in October time last year for toysrus customer service, after working 3 month with an agencie I was took on by spark they kept me for a further 2 month before telling me there was no more work and I had a week to go I had 100% attendance and punctuality and was also trained on a number of other campaigns my advice would be to steer clear they use temp staff to keep perm and part time members happy then dispose of you when no longer required with little or no notice will never work for this cowboy company again also data protection etc seems to mean nothing.

Staff are friendly polite and most of all professional. Company offers great incentives and looks after its staff. This is shown in the amount of people that have worked her for 10+ years!!!
