Switched from Spark due to customer service issues. Now after I have paid the outstanding balance BEFORE THE DUE DATE I keep getting calls from Spark customer service for an outstanding balance. For several weeks now I receive the same call and every time the representative stops half way through their spill and realizes I owe them nothing. Is this a joke? UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM!!!!! My check has already cleared!!!!!!

Have been using Spark for over 6 months now. It was a simple onboarding process and their plans were very competitive. No issues at all, and glad they have a user friendly site to check the billing. Only issue I've come across was a wrongful email sent once - but they were quick to apologize and correct it.

They re about as competitively priced as anyone can be on the market, plus they offer transparent explanations of their pricing so there s no shock when you get their bills. Website is easy enough to navigate and you actually talk to people when having to deal with customer service. I can t say all of that about my experiences with other providers. They might not offer gift giveaways or other catchy promotions, but at the end of the day I prefer the savings and the service.

I haven't had any problems with billing. My bills this summer were definitely less than last summer. I did have to call 6 weeks after I mailed in my voucher for the new customer bonus and they hadn't even started processing it but after I called it was on my next bill.

By far the worst. I ended my service in August and paid my final bill in full. Now they are claiming I never paid it, even though they are showing a payment for the exact amount on their books but it s not applied to my account. Think I ll forward this info to the attorney general as you are not afraid to scam hard working Texans.
