Bit of a wait despite making a reservation long in advance. Meal was very nice, menu in no way is resting on its laurels. The more modern inventive small plates we opened with were delicious, the expensive steak entree was the least interesting part of the meal. But a small quibble on the whole.

On a bit of a whim I decided to drop into Caesar s and grab dinner. It has been some time and, at first, I had trouble deciding which venue to rest my heels. Alas, I chose Spago.

Dining alone, I was offered a seat at the very outer rail affording great people watching. The wait was very brief which was a surprise

Spago at Caesar s Palace

as the restaurant was very busy and I did not have a reservation; welcoming staff that even went as far as to correct my disheveled lapel.

I m very satisfied with dinner and actually can think of no detractions. I suppose it s rare to dine and the venue hit a mark where you are without comment beyond a great meal without incident. I must say the view, a meal that meets exact expectations, and a dialed in professional staff is a surprise.

A new standby has been located as the culinary fare is predictable and the view is worth every dollar.

What can I say honestly? Mediocre food, I ordered fish when dinning with some friends. The fish came very late, cold and soggy full of water like it was coming out of the Microwave! They got our order wrong and then give me the bill from someone else. I was disappointed and hungry when I left, NOT sure if it is worth the hype or the price!

This place is the best because their food is the best and they have the best service. My family and I were personally greeted by the assistant GM, Laurent after a long day spent in LA back in Feb, 2020 (Oscars Weekend) he made us feel at home and we really felt like VIP. Even though I m in Orange County, I will undoubtedly make the trip with a smile on my face, before and after the trip.

It's Spago's!...The very best there is! If you are not happy here...you can't be satisfied. I so love Wolfgang Puck's culinary creations each and every time I have been anywhere near one.
He's mastered the "Alchamy" of "the magic of food."
He's been blessed...and he shares his gift of culinary bliss with us.
There's a reason he's chosen to "feed the Oscars"...he's the best!
Of all the magnificent meals I've enjoyed...(all over the world)...Spago's...(really anything he touches)...stands out in my mind as THE VERY BEST THERE IS ON THIS PLANET!

Dinner started perfectly with the agnolotti and gnocchi, both amazingly delicious. Unfortunately, things went slightly south from there. The butternut squash side was overly seasoned and our main course (black cod) wasn't very impressive. I was hoping that dessert would make up for it, but the chocolate souffle looked like something that came out of the cheesecake factory, and the apple strudel was an insult to all strudels - it was basically caramelized apples with a few sheets of filo, something any amateur home cook could easily make at home. The sugar powder sprinkled on the plate certainly doesn't complement it either, and seems like dated plating technique.
Don't get me wrong, they weren't bad by any means, just not something I'd expect from a high end restaurant.

I should mention the service was top notch - definitely 5 stars on that front.

This restaurant is located on the top floor of the cool St Regis Hotel in Nicantace district . The food was freewheeling and delicious , tried the Seabass and chocolate cake for dessert . This rooftop restaurant has sweeping views over Istanbul and the Bosphorus . Great food great view and great service !

Gorgeous restaurant! The dinner experience was lovely. We were sent appetizers with compliments from the chef. From the beginning to end, it was a spectacular evening. I had the short rib dish that literally melted in my mouth. The sauces were unique and complimented it well; flavors were on point. It elevated the meat to another level.

We were celebrating a birthday, and they sent a dessert for us to enjoy. Service was amazing. The thoughtful touches that they made has etched a warm memory in my heart for this restaurant. I am looking forward to dining here again soon!

A California cuisine with many varieties and fusion of food. You may enjoy Japanese, Hong Kong and French style of foods in one meal. The business is really good, especially in the weekend. You may go in at 9:30 pm and finished after mid-night. The service is very good. American Wagyu is cooked very delicious. Corkage fee is charged at $50 per bottle.

Very upscale Beverly Hills 5 star restaurant. All the glam and fame is there. So is the price. But it's worth it. Treat yourself once in a while. We did the Dine LA food tasting. It was a pretty amazing experience. They take you to the kitchen to meet the head chef and his staff and explain what all section are. I thought that was pretty cool. They make their own bread fresh in house. The food was good. Something to experience. There is a $50 corkage fee. Then again their bottles of wines start at $50, so, you make the choice. All and all, it's a true Beverly Hills fine dinning experience.

For it's price point it was, in a word, brutal. I have eaten all over the world and Spago does not hold up. The food is good but the restaurant is noisy and the service is bad. I came here on vacation with friends and arrived 30min early. We found the reception staff was curt and unfriendly (a couple of power-broker regulars were also waiting at the bar and got primo treatment). Our waitress messed up the orders, forgot apps, forgot a request for tea and didn't realize that a drink missing until we were ready to leave. The best service came from the guy that kept bringing us bread and water.

I've never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant. The food was good but there are a lot of other choices near it that, I suspect, compare well. We couldn't leave fast enough.
