Courteous friendly enthusiastic service on my small hobbyist order of hard-to-find metric machine screws. Great company! What a find!

Never going to Fastenal again now that I know about Spaenaur. I needed two pieces of hard-to-find hardware that Fastenal didn't have in stock. The Spaenaur folks not only had them but they gave them to me for free (it was like 8 cents of parts, but having them in stock is priceless!) I'll definitely be back to actually buy stuff from y'all!

Fast, friendly service. Incredible selection, and yet I am always startled at how little they charge. No matter what type of fastener I've needed, they've always had it! Forget Amazon. Forget China. Go here!

The screw people, lol. Seriously, the odd ball screw your missing or can't find on a box store shelf, these guys will have it, and I mean they will, brafasco, fastenall, whatever, none compare to these guys, the staff are knowledgeable beyond your expectations, and if some forsaken reason, that gods have all plotted against you like your the son of Zeus, they will help you find another option that will best suit your needs. I have rebuilt several gun breeches, two motorcycles and a car motor, plus the body work, with screws that the some dealers couldn't help me with because of discontinued parts. Even if there was another option besides Spaenaur, I wouldn't even look, because they've never disappointed me. I only use their locktite products as well, on all my builds.

I do happen to know someone who works in the customer service department so I can give a little insider information here - and I will stick to facts not opinions for this reason also. I can say that, first off they may possibly have the largest collection of screws, fasteners, bolts and everything else that keeps machines running - IN STOCK - which is truly amazing if you can wrap your head around the level of complexity involved in warehousing and tracking such a massive inventory of parts that anything but 'one size fits all'. Next I can say they put a serious effort into having a team of real people, hired right here in the community, that you can call up and their job is to get "that" part to you, often in very short order. Also I have hear nothing but positive comments about the owners - who care for their staff like real people and that is, sadly becoming a rarity. This is a prime example of not only a good place to find "that part" and get it fast. However, perhaps even more importantly, this is a shining example of what once was the engine of our economy. Actual production, making something real and more useful, is the only real way to add in to an economy, and to use a rather old quote, Spaenaur remains here (locally) but adds "to the wealth of the nation".

Good service. I had a bolt I needed a nut for, and they measured and gave me a nut for free - two actually, super kind. But that may be because they felt sorry for me because my bolt wouldn't thread. They don't offer tap-rethreading service, apparently.
