It is ideal place to work for freshers !!!

The work environment is very friendly , we shall feel no additional work pressure in tough times as well. All the departments/staff are very supportive & interactive. Our suggestions are welcomed by the management (i.e., for growth of the organization).

Even MD of the organization interacts with you & guide us (whenever we approached to him for the help or to seek suggestion). He is absolutely a Gem of a person !!!

It is completely on us whether to upgrade your career or to downgrade. The company provides you good opportunities . Make yourself comfortable & tune yourself.

Dead place to work... Irrespective of your profile, you'll be alloted a work. You come with a software engineer profile, they offer you a BPO job . You are given a deadline of 1month to complete whole project(all by yourself including documentation, design, development etc). A very Inferior work place.

Its a SCHOOL not a workplace, you're treated as labour not as an employee
