If anyone EVER rents from them ... make sure you sign something confirming you've returned it. We rented at 10am in Toronto and returned 10am in sault st marie. I specifically asked the counterperon if we needed to sign and the heavy set gapped toothed lady with strawberry blonde hair.. said NO I'll take care of everything. It's going into day 3 of them charging us and no phone call back explaining anything. Rent anywhere else but here !! Buyer beware.

Great staff that are friendly and helpful. I always like that you can get picked up and dropped off.

Charged me $300 for cleaning fee for a car that wad filthy and smelled like smoke when i jusy got it. NEVER going to rent from them again, and I will not rest until i get a full refund.

Terrible service. Confirmation sent via email but they don t have any vehicles. Apparently their website is stuck in the 1990 s with no updates.

This National car rental booth at the Sault Ste. Marie airport has some of the best service in the country. Brandon at the counter was very helpful in finding a solution for my travel challenges. As frequent travellers we all have had our Frustrations when it comes to doing business with new clients in a new region. It s when the wheels start to loosen do you notice the people who can help you when it s needed. This National Car Rental Staff lineup stands head and shoulders above the other car rental crowd. My clients we happy, we closed the deal and I very much appreciated the options offered to minimize any delays or comforts for clients waiting at the airport. I highly recommend using this franchise when travelling to Sault Sainte Marie. They are peace of mind, and most helpful to get my you on your way. You won t be disappointed.

If you value your time rent somewhere else. I had a confirmed rental booked and came to pickup and no one was at the counter for an entire hour. Calling the line only rang the line in front of me, it doesn't reroute to the agent if they are out in the lot preparing a car: that's a falsity and no excuse. Poor service. Poor client care. Rent elsewhere where quite literally the simplest form of client care: waiting to see a client client at your desk can be expected.
