The only reason put 1 star is cant leave review without putting a star. Customer service is absolutely shocking they dont really care about your custom. in our pub we have an ipub bandit that is out of order more than its working.

If only I could put zero. The level of customer service is shocking. Had machines broken for weeks and send engineers out who "fix" it only for 10 minutes later the machine to break down with the same issue.. All staff need retraining on customer service would rather hang up on you than put a service call through.

Poor customer service. The company would not take responsibility and not return my emails about one of their AWP machines that had short changed me. They say the pub is responsible and lo and behold, the pub say Gamestec are responsible. I'd try and avoid using any machine from now on if I know it's theirs.
