Biggest fraud in Hyderabad Real Estate. Stay Away from Aliens Space Station Project...this Project started before 2008 and still not Completed

Aliens is a fraud builder. I paid them 23 lakhs for an apartment at Aliens space station in tellapur 7 years ago. The entire Aliens space station is about 15% complete until now even though the original apartment delivery date was 11/11/2011. They are intentionally delaying the construction of Aliens space station. Please stay away from #AliensFraud

Since renegotiation of deal with Space Station-1, I had a great experience with Aliens team especially Mr.Venkat, Mr.Hari and Mr.Imran. I took possession of my flat in 2014. Construction quality has been excellent and well above many premium builders. The corridor space, ground clearance for ground floor offered are unique and I don't think any builder will attempt the same due to cost issues.
On-site response of Aliens maintenance team has been very good.

I am very satisfied with the over all product for the re-negotiated price. I wish them all the best to speed up the venture to realize the dreams of builders and customers who dared to be innovative to bring in uniquely designed product. Once completed, it will standout as a landmark venture in hyd.

They are building very nice building. I was amazed to see the furniture they are providing.

I invested in 2010 and this builder promised to deliver the flat by Nov 2011. And even in Aug 2015 i don't at least see the wall of my flat. And i'm sure i wont be seeing it in near future, as this builder is some irresponsible builder. Please beware of this builder.

After giving so many commitments for my cancellation payment ....they are (Sales mans and Sales Managers) not lifting my phone calls...I will decide to file a case on next week...

I visited this site with my family. It has a very unique concept of three wall and one glass with nice infrastructure. Their sales team are really helpful in aspects of everything. One of the best projects of hyderabad!!

They do not deserve even a single star. Big time cheaters. Builder is living on customers money since 2006. Please visit the site and check the total number of occupants living in this project. Hardly 10 families are living and the number of people who are giving more star ratings is more than 100.

The marketing team does this and this is part of their task. Please do not invest, get cheated and repent for rest of your life.

I booked a flat in June 2017, due to unavoidable circumstances I had canceled my flat in the same month.But they treated me the same way how they were earlier. I did not see a difference whether you are their customer or not, they are polite. They have returned the money via NEFT and I got my full amount without any cancellation charges. Kishore ( sales manager) is nice person.

Update After Response:

We had booked a flat in Aliens Space Station (station - 5) in 2012 and paid 50% amount of flat. Aliens promised to handover the flat by Jun 2013. We had asked builder to return the money as there is no construction but he did not return back any amount till now. So we have filled a case in State Consumer Court and won the case but Aliens is not obeying the court judgement and not paying the amount back. Still they are dragging it by their lawyers. People are very sad as they have spent their very hard earned money and till now there is no solution as govt. is not listening and Aliens is not obeying Court judgement.

This post helps to the people who wants to buy a flat in Aliens Group . I worked as a sales executive in Aliens Group and i left my job , because they are big cheaters every day they are cheating a lot of people . Currently this project is under loss and also it is incomplete project , but they opened one call center to sell flats every day sales executives call to the people who need flats , if they sell one flat they will get 20,000 rs incentives . My suggestion don't go to the site visit to the Aliens Group and don't buy a flat in Aliens Group they are big cheaters ..Don't invest your hard earned money in Aliens Space Station project currently they need funds but this project will not complete in life time also sales executives will call to you but don't show interest and don't buy flats...

Worst project ever in my life. Don't believe in this project. It will never complete.

Aliens Space Station - Tellapur. It's one of the most anticipated, most awaited project in Hyderabad and the premium real estate sector in India. Though, it started with a bang and super fast initial sales it had few hiccups due to several factors including the Government change, New State formation, a dip in the Real estate market etc. However, they are still in the race to compete with all the premium residential complexes in and around Hyderabad.

I have been with them since two years. Even, I had my share of issues with them regarding the flat. However, instead of going against them I chose to be with them and support them in their tough times. We have come to common terms and I am paying a little extra for my flat due to the price rise in the market which I though is reasonable. Hari Challa and Venkat Challa have a good vision and do not want to compromise on the quality of the project which they envisioned before. So, even though there is a slight variation in the price tag from before and now, I still wanted to go with them for their commitment for quality and uncompromising attitude. I believe, in the near future this project is going to be one of the best in town and the market value of my flat/project is going to increase due to the rapid development of the financial sector/IT Hub near that area viz. Tellapur, Nallagandla etc.

Due to a very good connectivity to ORR, Good schools, Universities, Residential complexes, IT Hubs, Infrastructure development, this project is going to get its glory soon. This is my belief and thats why I am staying with Aliesn space station.

Before making any decision, please make a visit to the site, see yourself, talk to the management, talk to few customers living there, see the quality, investigate the surrounding areas, ground water facilities, pricing of other flats/apartments and their quality.

The scenic beauty, high rises, non polluted area, this makes a great residential complex in the near future within a couple of years. Though we feel the price a little on the higher side, I am convinced that it is only going to rise in the future and I will be having a best of the best quality product to live in. Its a house outside the city, still in the city, looking over the city. It's a great place.

All the best. Investigate yourself, see for yourself and decide. I believed in the project. I still do. Thats why I am still with them.

I was promised to deliver flat in dec 2011. Still no update. I am paying bank loan and interest , total loss of money - Bank loan & interest plus rent I would have got if the all stations were ready as planned.

It has the nice atmosphere and it is nice location.. But it don't have proper travelling facilities... It is so long to the city...

Not accessible for city employees. Design of the bath room is covered with full length glass on the outer side. One can feel in the open yard while going inside of the bath room .

Alien space station is superb. But approaching there is toooooo horrible... there is no bus way or auto root.. the only way is should walk or book a cab with high prices

Today I approached to buy a flat. They do continuous followup and arrange vehicle to visit the place. They offered a good package too. Also another attractive deal is, they gonna give money every month (approximately 11k) towards rent to stay until the building complete and ready to occupy. Else they give a flat in existing tower and they will pay rent to the respective owners. Not sure how far can we trust these promises after reading all these reviews. We middle class people put our blood to earn each and every rupee. But will scare to enter oi such kind of deals.

Amazing project! It has a very unique concept of sky garden which makes it enviornment friendly too.

This is a scam, do not fall for it. I am amused to see good reviews for it... Lucky ones, I must say... We booked a flat in the year 2009 and date of possession was 12/12/12 and till date we are still waiting. God knows whether they even plan to progress on their construction... No updates either from their side. Will be going legal now. I should have done this long ago. Anyway better late than never... Will not let the ppl eat away my hard earned money..

Most of the townships lack the aspect of Vastu compliance. But luckily I found my home with perfect Vastu in Aliens Township. Great Work.

Md of aliens arrested for forgery. Never will complete. Have seen it since past 8 years. Was told will get possession in 6 months. It's 6 years since. Luckily i was smart not to buy here. Thugs.

Booked flat in 2011, builder turned greedy, stopped construction , resold same flats to multiple buyers, not following orders from Supreme court, National consumer forum, and NCLT. Be careful.

Seriously, the villa's interior designs are of international range. Very happy to see the final output of it. Great work guys!!

Fraud company, fraud owner, everything about this place seems extremely fishy. The location of the project itself raises a lot of questions.

How did they get approval to construct such a high structure just beside the lake bed. Tellapur Lake is literally non existent now. I spoke to a few locals there, and they say the lake is drying up because of this project.

The lake is not getting replenished as the structure is blocking the natural flow of water back to the lake. Ironically, the project is marketed as a green project.

Enough of exploiting natural resources for human greed (in this case the greed of one person). As responsible citizens, it is our duty to check the background of any project before investing.

Stay away from this project, forget about the fact that the project is delayed and customers cheated, the project is also causing irreparable damage to the environment.

If you think about future then Aliens group is the beat

This project is something I always wanted, in a very peaceful area with all the amenities and facilities available within the apartments. The most amazing thing is the technology being used in the flats and the apartment which will definitely make the life of people staying their very easy. I am looking forward for thus project and highly recommend to visit and experience themselves

Dining hall at the entrace does it work? Few flats has this option. It is not good to see at all.

Mr. Rao(COO), Shiva, Kasi, Ramya, Krishna are much and best helpful in all sorts. All were very interactive and especially Mr Rao. Coming to Aliens Space Station, eccuped with much more ammenties, private space in every aspect. Overall, best thing to investment.

This is worst experience of my life. Had been promised the possession of the flat in 2013.. Now it's 2017 and still no signs of the flat.. It's already a wait of five years... Now they are asking me to wait for 2 more years till 2019. And had been promised that they will pay the rent to me if the date exceeds...
They didn't even follow a single word of the agreement. It's just a inefficient group on work and make false promises and fool people.

Sincere advise to all... Don't invest in this project. If want to move into a new flat immediately then never ever think of aliens.
If you have lots of money and wait for years to get it completed, then go ahead.

Plan is good some features are really nice like double storied car parking kitty gardens in each floor one open to sky garden for every 5 floors, ground floor is totally free for lobby etc.. no brick work totally concrete roof n walls,but there are some issues which I feel troublesome like fraudulent case on MD,water resources .

Have been at the sales office and sample flats they showed me was also incomplete and residents staying there were shouting at sales executive.

The project started with great promises. Excellent location, great amenities, etc. As time passed by each promise made was broken. When a discussion happened , it was always a monologue. Customer were and are never respected , unless they still have something to pay. Law of the land in never respected. Before you become a victim, google for more information , speak to the existing customer and if you still decide to invest welcome to the group of victims of fraud.

They are using good will for NCCCl and Edelweiss for sales purpose only...Once enter actual pain will start...Sales persons are well trained persons. Since 2008 on words they are handling the customers....Be Careful Guys....

I am station 6 customer of aliens. I am being impacted in ordinate delay again. Aliens management say worst is over but still delay happening and no communication of hand over dates. They collected more than 90% money from me and perhaps they are earning interest on that money. Poor customer continues to suffer with nowhere to go. Future customers please be careful. I doubt they ever will complete the project and perhaps run away with customer money. Their construction partner NCCCL has deserted them and i am very much worried now.

The project is looking really fascinating from outside perspective . THE INFRASTRUCTURE is really modern with all the amenities and the construction is going at a fast pace .

Going to be one of the best of Hyderabad

I am not sure when the project is going to complete. Even the sales team are unable to say it. Price varies a lot in online forums and sales team. There are hundreds of sales people working around the clock in the project premises. According to me if you have a quality product, you wouldn't need such a huge sales team. Please enquire online for resale flats before you spend your hard earned money. You can get a better deal online..

Overall we spend about 5 hours. The project is excellent in the form of quality and the price. We met imran and he gave lot of information regarding project. Now we are in finalized state. Strongly recommend.

Good open area, lot of amenities, project layout is nice, every flat design and space use is nice, near to financial district.

Last 10years project is on and could not be completed. Lots of people lost their money and more than 300 cases filed. When will you return our money?

The locality of the project is a big advantage.
The view from balcony is awesome. The design of the overall project is really interesting and suggest for any one who prefers a clean environment.

I hv received a call from Mr.lokesh regarding for job opportunity for the position HR - Recruiter we have done telephonic discussion "PI" etc etc, they need 80% education academics along with local, state, national level sports certificates, weather candidates are apply for government jobs or something else____? 80% in education academics it's biscuit...

Even govt jobs needed minimum 60% aggregate, here needed 80% another about below 80% candidates___? Lokesh informed we hv company rules and regulations,

Come on..it started 2008 and now we are almost 2020. They got funding from Edelweiss for 200 cr and offered a project of 550 cr to NCPL? Where is the logic.Run away and don't bother.

My advice to the people who is planning to invest on Aliens Group - Tellapur, Hyderabad. This group is big fraud and cheaters. They all are up with fake promises, past 10 years we have been waiting for our flat. Mr. Challa is busy on vacations and the executives Mr. Kiran is big mouth person, Mr. Raj Mohan good in fake promises, Mr. Kasi a big liar & Mr. Miskin Khan good in create a fight and man handle the people. It happen to me in person. I have valid recording too. What is the mistake we did? We are asking to return us our money because youre not able to give our flat.

A unique S structure of the project is only the major advantage....

Booked a flat in 2018. Cancelled the same and been trying to get back the advance amount of 13 lacs for 2 years now. Once the cancellation was informed, it was shocking to see how the way they approach the customer changes from "best" to "worst". No-one responds to calls or mails anymore. Received 2 lacs a few months back, after lots of calls, and emails. Now again, when am requesting for the pending amount, the person handling cancellations, isn't picking up calls, nor reverting emails - The worst kind of customer experience imaginable. Mr. Kiran Emmadi
has asked the cancellation team to respond, and yet no response at all, even after bombarding the team with mails/texts/calls and requesting and begging for the payments to be processed, which is due for almost 2 years now according to the legal cancellation deed. Raj Mohan, who seems to be the "Cancellation head", doesn't revert to mails or respond to calls. Just like every other genuine reviewer has mentioned, their speech dripped honey during the sales pitch, but after the cancellation, they treat us the way we treat Spams reported by truecaller.

Just 2 banks are funding their project rest all banks have black listed them. When I asked before booking they said they have funding from all banks but after receiving 20% booking amount they did denied and said I will have to take loan from these 2 banks only, I didn't get my agreement till 6 months and later found one person on Twitter who had already paid 50% amount for the same flat and he had a consumer court case going for same flat, but they sold same flat to me as well. I booked the flat in June 2017, I cancelled the flat in January 2018 but it's 9 months now I didn't get even single rupee back. Fu__ cheaters !!

Really appreciatable work. Very good comeback from a black mark created a long ago. I've booked a triple bedroom flat in Station 7. Must congratulate the sales team of Aliens Group, especially Sreeram, explained every concern of mine and gave hope with proof on the timely handover. No worries on past comments, people can buy now here in Aliens. Trustable work progress going on. Thank you Aliens for providing me the best price.

They haven't returned my cancellation amount it's been 1 year
