This medical practice has the most up to date check in process which is simple and efficient. They leverage technology to make your appointment and execution so easy. Once in the practice medical staff are attentive, polite and very professional. Check out is once again simple and easy leveraging their technology. One has a high level of confidence in the medical diagnosis and procedures.

The staff were patient and kind. Dr. Mohney was very informative, explaining exactly what was going to happen. The nurse went out of her way to avoid hurting me. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends.

Dr. Ryan is my wife (Sandras )dr.and he is very good.with people. His mannerism is awesome. He is gentle....informative...professional and caring of his patients. The staff at Southwest Michigan Dermatology are very kind and helpful to all who come there. An ( At ) is our grade.

I have been treated by Jacqueline James PA-C and Dr. Jones for my acne. I have struggled with it for years. I was put on the course of accutane. It was well worth it. My acne is completely gone and I couldn t be more grateful.

The only problem that I really have is that you don't have an office in the Richland area

They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Overall, an excellent medical practice.

Being that this was my first time being checked, moles and all, I was a little nervous, but that ended fast after meeting Gina, PA. She explained what she would be checking and answered all my questions. She was amazing!
The whole experience was fast and completely organized. I will be back in a year with no fear whatsoever! Thank you SMD and Gina!

Dr. Semler and his staff have been efficient and personable. I have used his services for the last 5 or more years but the last visit was quite unusual. Appointment was set for 10:40, I arrived about 10 minutes early and was immediately checked in. The wait was about 3 minutes, got called into an examination room, had questions from a nurse, and thought about setting down. The doctor blows in within a minute or so and I was back out the door at 10:47. On time and on schedule.

I ve been a patient for over 10 years at Southwest Michigan Dermatology. My experiences have been extremely positive. Jennifer Williford is an outstanding Physician s Assistant. She explains everything thoroughly and has great interpersonal skills that enhance the way she does her job. All of the other people who work with her have always been a pleasure to deal with as well as the office staff. Even though the Southwest Michigan Dermatology practice has grown a lot over the years, they haven t lost the understanding that each patient has their own set of individual needs. I feel valued as a patient and I appreciate their contribution as a great healthcare provider.

I just called to schedule an appointment. Today is JULY 22 2016. Their FIRST available appointment is DECEMBER 2016, possibly JANUARY 2017. are you kidding me ?? I even said that to the receptionist, "that is ridiculous, you do realize it's JULY?" she acted like I was the one that was crazy. However, "hinted" that my primary physician could call and talk to one of their doctor's, like that would possibly get me in sooner. I think this is a disgrace and totally unethical way to practice medicine.

SW Dermatology was well organized for very careful entry into their building and clean standards in the exam room. As always, the care I received was of good quality.

This was my Mothers first visit. She was seen on time. Staff was very efficient. Dr. Jones made sure I had the correct spelling for the diagnosis and medicines.

Very pleasant experience at Southwest Michigan Dermatology. Beautiful facility and wonderful staff, highly recommend them for any of your skin care needs!

The check in process was very organized and went quickly. After checking in, I returned to my car to wait for my appointment time and in just a few minutes I was "buzzed" for my turn. I was greeted with an associate who escorted me to the examination room and asked a few questions. She left and the doctor arrived a minute later. The doctor was very professional and thorough. She explained her process and answered my questions. Thank you!

Everyone here was very friendly and professional. My experience with Jennifer is always very pleasant. She is so sweet and always makes me feel better about my skin condition.

I've been a patient for more than ten years and have found the care to be first rate. My last appointments were scheduled two months apart. They are busy because Kalamazoo/Portage has a shortage of dermatologists due to retirements so I know their front end is busy and have added alot of staff since they moved to their new location.

Very helpful staff, took time to make sure I understood how to use the Kisosk.
Dr Jones was very through with the examination, they explained the procedures in layman's terms

They refuse to bill insurance. Not sure why, every single time I have been there they ask for my card, but I am always sent an invoice for the full amount saying they have billed my insurance, which they haven't. This is irritating considering how many people work there and how they push for your insurance information.

The check in process was very easy and quick. The wait for my appt in my car was just a minute or two. Dr. Jones was EXCELLENT. This was my first visit with any dermatologist and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the questionable growth on my arm and took care of it by freezing with liquid N2. Medical and Office staff were also very friendly and efficient. I have no hesitancy in recommending this group.

I felt that the safety precautions were very good. The care and knowledge of the providers are excellent.

Erica and Adam were so kind and quick! We were surprised they could fix the problem right then instead of another follow up visit. It took a while to get a new patient appointment but totally worth the wait. Stellar service.

Dr. Liggett and her MA Brooke were amazing. The check in process was easy, quick and I felt safe. Dr. Liggett was very thorough and explained everything well. This was my second visit with this practice and there is never any pressure to keep coming back like there is with out Dermatology practices. Thank you for your excellent service to your patients.

Dr. Mohney is great. He is very knowledgeable and listens to you.

I saw Jacqueline James, PA-C for a skin exam. She was absolutely wonderful and gave me an incredibly thorough exam. She was very attentive to my questions and concerns and even recommended a preventative treatment for my face to help with precancerous spots. I highly recommend her and this office for your dermatology needs

I have been seeing Jennifer W. at this practice for a few years and she does a great job and really listens to my concerns. My biggest complaint is I wait about 35/45 minutes after my appointment time before I m seen.

The staff is caring and attentive, the providers are knowledgeable and helpful, and the services offered are so diverse. Southwest Michigan Dermatology is fantastic. I highly suggest visiting their office for any of your skin care needs. I had acne help through this office and my face is now so clear!

I got in right on time my appt. Was scheduled. The check-in and check-out could not have been more efficient.

I went for my first appointment the other day and was completely surprised and pleased by the level of care and the efficient system they have in place! Everyone one was so caring hand helpful, from the scheduler to the Doctor! And they are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe during this pandemic! Kudos!!

Great place over all...Got in and out quickly. Staff and physician were pleasant and helpful but I didn't like having the MA in the room while discussing my private issue with the provider. I felt like they should give the patient a choice.

The Staff here are utter a**holes! I should have read the reviews first before attempting to make an appointment. I called the 1st time & wasn't helped at all as a potential new patient. I called back after verifying my insurance coverage & was hung up on. Called back because I really needed to get in for the services I was looking for...went through all the pre registration info was than told "oh sorry we don't do those services here" when the service is clearly stated on their website.
Only given a One star because I had to. Two thumbs down.....and the receptionists name was Ashley....had to repeat everything multiple times due to the fact that she acted as if she could not hear me correctly...maybe she was really that deaf and dumb....don't know I hate to judge without knowing for sure.

I see Dr. Jones and he is wonderful. The entire practice is friendly and efficent.

I received a referral for my daughter from University of Michigan. After calling SWD to schedule an appointment, they said they didn't receive the order. I called U of M back, they confirmed with the staff at SWD it was faxed two days prior. After then calling back again to get this scheduled, the schedule person was SO RUDE. She had NO interest in accommodating my daughters school schedule and told me that she would have to look to April to start scheduling her Light Therapy for the time that she needs. (She goes to school 4 days a week) Keep in mind this is a service that takes minutes and no one has to see us to have this done, but they are booked solid for 2 months?! After asking her if there was another facility in the area who provides this service, she responded with "that is not my concern". Outrageous. I have called our doctor at U of M and explained the situation in hopes to go somewhere else to help my daughter. Terrible terrible customer service. So disappointing.

The Center has been extremely conscientious about sanitation during the current situation. Despite obstacles, the appointment went well. No complaints.

SWMD was well set up for operating under the Corina 19 issues. All employees were very professional knowledgeable in their responsibilities.

All of the staff takes great care in making sure you are taken care of in a very helpful and professional manner. From the front door/lobby staff that makes sure you have a sanitized safe way to get checked in (and willing to answer questions), a medical staff that are very knowledgable, kind and caring about why you are there (who you can tell have big warm smiles for you under their masks), to last but not least the checkout/scheduling staff that always send you off feeling like you have confidence in their organizations ability to take care of you and that you made the correct decision on choosing to go there.

Overall I had a great experience! Their COVID-19 measures are excellent - and we only waited about 5 minutes. Adam the PA and Erika the med assistant were really personable, and I felt as though they listened to my concerns about my daughter. They ended up taking care of another issue my daughter had, and they took their time to explain everything! I will be back for myself personally!

I am thankful for Southwest MI Dermatology. They took the time to talk to me and made sure I was comfortable and understood. Stefan Kuipers PA-C was the first doctor ever to ask about my allergies and ask if I wanted a test. I am 64 years old and have never been tested. Thank God for this caring team in South Haven Michigan.

They are just a pain to work with... it takes forever to find an appointment they send you weird paperwork upfront which is useless... no thanks I'll go somewhere else...

Clinical quality exceptional but in this time of covid I had some concerns. Automatic door button blocked from outside so had to handle door, sanitizer dispenser empty in lobby, and staff that roomed me wearing mask improperly. I did appreciate waiting in car until appt and being directly roomed on entry.

I would give this practice a 5 except I have not been there enough times yet to give a balanced review. So far the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and seem to care. Am due back a couple more times in the next month .. hope to leave 5 stars at that point.

Be aware to deal with the most unprofessional and rude customer service starting and mainly with their receptionist!! Thats when and if you get to speak to them! I definitely will not recommend their doctors either..hope this helps anyone who reads this.

The provider I see is amazing! She always takes her time and is very caring. The office is also being extremely proactive in their efforts to prevent the spread of Covid 19.

Had a great experience here! The medical assistant Joanna was very professional but also put me at ease. The PA Stephanie Sabater-Geib was so nice. It was my first time at the dermatologist and I had to have a biopsy and felt very faint. She helped me lie down, got me some water, and gave me a few minutes. Will be coming back.

This was my first visit to the office. Due to COVID restrictions and to maintain health and safety, they have a very structured system that utilizes technology and minimizes contact to check in. I was impressed! Plus, the PA that I saw was beyond amazing! She was funny, listened to my concerns, asked questions to get a full scope of the situation and ideas for possible treatment and provided a course of action after consulting with another doctor plus the reasons why. I was happy to have had such a great experience since my appointment was for unfavorable reasons!!

Dr. Mohney removed two areas of skin cancer on my husband's forehead and temple and he barely left a scar! He's awesome and so is everyone else in this office.

I travel all over the country and come back to Kalamazoo just to schedule appointments to see Jacqueline James, the PA at this office. She takes time out of her day to answer all my questions, never makes me feel rushed, and always goes the extra mile. I feel so lucky to have such a kind and caring provider in the community.
