I received a referral for my daughter from University of Michigan. After calling SWD to schedule an appointment, they said they didn't receive the order. I called U of M back, they confirmed with the staff at SWD it was faxed two days prior. After then calling back again to get this scheduled, the schedule person was SO RUDE. She had NO interest in accommodating my daughters school schedule and told me that she would have to look to April to start scheduling her Light Therapy for the time that she needs. (She goes to school 4 days a week) Keep in mind this is a service that takes minutes and no one has to see us to have this done, but they are booked solid for 2 months?! After asking her if there was another facility in the area who provides this service, she responded with "that is not my concern". Outrageous. I have called our doctor at U of M and explained the situation in hopes to go somewhere else to help my daughter. Terrible terrible customer service. So disappointing.
