This was my first visit to the office. Due to COVID restrictions and to maintain health and safety, they have a very structured system that utilizes technology and minimizes contact to check in. I was impressed! Plus, the PA that I saw was beyond amazing! She was funny, listened to my concerns, asked questions to get a full scope of the situation and ideas for possible treatment and provided a course of action after consulting with another doctor plus the reasons why. I was happy to have had such a great experience since my appointment was for unfavorable reasons!!
