I have had packages delivered to me before using Southwest Express, but never had to ship anything before today - they were wonderful! I had to send a rush package to a wedding planner for a wedding later that same day!

I didn't have an account but that wasn't a problem - the receptionist was very helpful, and very quickly and efficiently took all my information and dispatched a courier. The courier arrived within about 10-15 minutes later, and I was assured my package would be delivered within the hour! great customer service and the cost was very reasonable!

If you are in search of an honest, reliable and reasonably priced courier service, you have found all these attributes within Southwest Express.
I have conducted business in Orange County for over (20) years. My only regret is having to go through trial and error with "other" sub par courier service providers until finding this company,. I have used this company exclusively for the past several years.

"OB", one of the owners is one of the friendliest and accommodating individuals at this company I've corresponded with. OB has been consistently patient with all my change orders, last minute orders and never, ever, once failed me. All partners are equally the same; courteous and professional whom I've trusted time again to give my business to. Even the "drivers" are amazingly polite, courteous and willing to go out of their way to ensure your job is completed accurately and on time. The women in the sales office who take your call are "always" helpful and pleasant.

This company uses the old business adage; "treat the customer fairly and with respect. Deliver great service and support. I'm confident their return on investment is high with repeat customer business and referrals.
Way, way too many business' today have completely lost sight of this adage unfortunately.
