Dishonest and incompetent, with medium levels of fluency in English. Do not use this solicitor as a commissioner for oaths. I went to Lisa's Law because I needed to have a witnessed signing of my deceased mother's will for both myself and my sister as we executors of her estate. The will was signed and stamped and I sent it to my own solicitor, who sent it to the local probate office. It was returned because the solicitor from Lisa's Law hadn't signed the top of the will. When I went back to Lisa's Law the solicitor said it was my fault for not instructing him properly, and said that he had read my solicitor's letter and followed the instructions. This isn't true because I didn't show him a letter from my solicitor as they said it was such a routine function of a commissioner for oaths that no special instructions were necessary. He then signed the top of the will and tried to charge me twice, once for witnessing my signature and once for my sister's, despite the fact that we had already paid him twice when we went there the first time. So he's dishonest (lying about seeing a letter from my solicitor), money grabbing (charging me twice for a function that he performed incorrectly the first time), rude (he raised his voice to me and kept on speaking over me and not letting me finish my sentence), and has cost me money (because my solicitor has obviously charged me for writing to me to say that this guy made a mistake). I also couldn't really understand what the receptionist was saying to me, and I've lived in London for 5 years and work in healthcare so I'm used to hearing a variety of strong accents. Basically look somewhere else for a good solicitor and take a personal recommendation if you can.
