SUPER NEGATIVE! Nothing works and you have no way to request assistance because you have to fill out the online form WHICH DOES NOT WORK! SHAMEFUL! I sent a pec who knows if they will answer
Negative experience unfortunately.
The digital signature key continuously has problems and random problems. Every time you contact the call center (average waiting time 5-10 minutes) the line falls, with the need therefore to recall (and waste more time). The problem, if it is solved at the first blow, re-presents itself again and it is not clear where the problem lies. These disruptions encourage the purchase of services from other companies.
Unfortunately I had to turn to customer service which is very poorly managed. Arrogant staff and unwilling to solve customer problems.
I specify that my opinion is not about the product itself but about the service that really needs to be revised
