Had to call the help desk to set up software on my computer which was repaired and wiped clean. Tresten could not have been more helpful and willing to walk through the process with me and never once complained about it being a weekend. He has since helped me with a few other issues and is very professional and takes the time to resolve issues properly.

Jenlor has been a managed services partner with my company for a long time. The services they provide augment the IT staff here and let me personally focus on my other responsibilities, they always make me look good. Their help during the ongoing health crisis was instrumental in us getting everyone quickly and safely into a work from home situation. It was planned out a year before we actually had to do it. When the time came we just put that plan in place. Everyone we work with there is at the top of their game, the office staff and management team and especially the front line techs. I know if I turn something over to them to handle it will be done right, quickly and documented properly, which means when we have to revisit it months or even years later, we aren't starting from scratch.
