I have had some problems with my recliner, after contacting the "Warrantee" company to no avail, I contacted Southern Motion about it. Within a week , I was contacted and told a new part was on it's way from their factory , That the "Warrantee " company said they could not find the parts. Now how great is that ? And Thanks to Mike at Southern Motion for the efforts.

I purchased my chair & 1/2 in Iowa and moved to Nashville. When the electric mechanism broje I contacted the store and they were wonderful in helping but I did not have all the numbers they needed so I took some pics and contacted Southern Motion directly. Mike emailed me with one question after receiving my complaint and the next thing I get an email for me to watch for UPS to deliver a new mechinism free of charge! Very satisfied!

Our family enjoys our sectional, so much so, that our dog loves to sleep on it. Unfortunately, she also enjoyed chewing on the remote for the power recliner. One of Southern Motion's employees, Mike Gregory, helped me get a replacement remote. In a few short email exchanges, my new remote was sent. Thank you Mike for all of your help!
