Bad leadership no help with problems. Negative supervisors. Poor leadership, no discussions just hammer.

Grossly HORRID, major ripoff; amazingly unhelpful!!!!

Very friendly customer service. Answered all my questions & mailed what I asked for in a very timely fashion.

Handicap parking not adequate.

I have been fighting with Southern Farm Bureau for two months to get premiums back on a policy I didn't want. Every time I talk to them, I get a different answer. They are so quick to take premiums, but horrible to give them back when they make a mistake. Local agent is no help. Their premiums are twice what other life insurance companies are, Stay away from them.

Love the view, geese included! Main reason for visiting. Walking with my dog who loves this location. Great parking. Feel secure walking due to view from the highway and building security. There are even mile makers and pecan trees. If you get hungry check out the red zone.

Payment on insurance was coming up and I hadn't received a bill yet. Called to pay by phone. Very nice customer service representative.

They will try and sell you on their life insurance and then deny you for conditions you can t help.
