Norton Shopping Guarantee Review

These people are crooks. No one answers in customer service or emails. Overcharged me and sent me stuff I didn t want and charged me for it. I d actually give them zero stars if I could.

I have had to send back an unopened delivery of Keto plus two bottles of supplements which I was kind of tricked into buying. I was assured my money would be refunded. So far I have written at least eight times and there is still no refund. The only answer I keep getting from Norton is a message to the customer help center saying "assist Magie" . If one does has to fight to get a refund with unopened bottles, never believe a 30 day refund if you are not happy with the results of TRYING the product.

I am very happy with the services they provide me. Great company. Thank you for increasing my store popularity and protection. I definitely got an increase on my orders. as well.
