First off they call to schedule an appt for an ultra sound. After finding out what days that I can't come, she says she will call back. Instead they send a letter that I get in the afternoon of the same day my appt is scheduled that morning. And this is after I have been trying to call for 3 days and keep getting disconnected before they even answer. Now I have been trying to call to reschedule and keep getting told their system is down and they will call me back. How many days does a system stay down? Today I will take names and start reporting all the way up to the administrator. Update. I finally was able to get in touch with Kirsten in pre-registration and she was able to find out what was going on, then told me that they were having IT problems. Earl from scheduling called as soon as their system was back up and he made the appt. for me. I would like to thank both for their help and the care they gave.

TERRIBLE hospital. TERRIBLE service. This place should be demolished and rebuilt and placed with doctors who actually WANT to save lives and aren't lazy. Hospitals are supposed to care for their patients as they would want to be cared for if they were in need of medical help. Utterly disappointed.
If you're on the verge of dying take the chance and go somewhere else. If you are looking for help with a sense of urgency definitely go somewhere else. Took blood six hours ago took specimen three hours ago no results received as of yet. I thought Sampson Regional was horrible but this place makes them look like pro's.
Southeastern Regional Medical Center has a decades-long reputation of problematic and difficult medical care. That is partly because they essentially have no competition and are poorly managed. My own experiences reinforce this but you will hear story after story in this regard from people in all walks of life. When we moved out of the area into a different system we immediately had access to better medical care for a lower cost.
EDIT: I lived in Red Springs, NC and after posted this review, they closed my clinic and fired my doctors! All the folks in my town have no health care.
PLEASE PLEASE just die on the couch before you come to this place! If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Trust me when I tell you it will take at the LEAST 3-4 business days to be seen! THE NURSES are so disrespectful!!!!
It's not the hospital, it's the employees. They are the worst. Lazy, nasty, rude, uncaring and just down right sorry. Nurse are very unattentive, all the security guards are all huddled up on the second floor in an empty room watching tv and eating. You don't see any guards walking around doing there jobs. They are the worst. Don't come here. It's paper from the visitor entrance to the elevator to the second floor. My son is up on the second floor, has been in there since Thursday. He's very weak, can't do much cause he was dangerously malnourished. Tell me why noone had been in his room to clean it, change the bed linen, dust, assist him in taking a bath. I his mother dusted his room, wiped it down, and changed his bed linen. There was no soap for him to bathe with. JUST SORRY. If I had to grade the employees at this hospital, it would be FFF. All the employees need to be retrained. They don't know where there job begins and ends.
I was in the Er and last week and had a great experience.got to triage as soon as I walked in. Very friendly nurses and came in every few minutes to check on me
Called to schedule an appointment 3 times. People did not know which number to direct me to & they spoke with an annoyed voice. I'm new to the lumberton area and they made it difficult to schedule an appointment. Will be going to another center out of town just to get my immunizations done.
My experience on your site was good. I was able to complete my applications with absolutely no problems. I could progress through each page as I expected. I had NO error messasages. Compared to other sites that I have applied or attempted to apply on your is the best. of all for finding and applying for jobs.
As I get my 80 year old dad in the er at 1am the 1st thing I noticed was no one present to check him in but 3 people behind the counter , finally get him checked in and now we wait to be really checked in by a nurse and again no one present, about to call and put in a complaint against this circus of a hospital, same way a couple of years ago when I had to bring my pregnant wife late at night with no one in the er but it took them 90 mins just to see her with a n empty waiting room, pitiful place
I dislike this place. I felt very ignored. I understand hospitals are busy but a lot of the employees seemed very irritated that they had to work. And if you are thinking about admitting someone to the the 3rd Floor DON'T. That place was horrid.
Greedy and corrupt. Overnight stays are common for even the most trivial of issues to drain as much money from people as possible. I hope the place burns to the ground, as there needs to be an incentive to create a new hospital. Or the CEO croaks, whichever comes first.
I loved my experience friendly warming inviting, I want to commend Alicia Oxendine for her prompt attention to a matter with a loved her resolve was prompt and very professional . I feel secure knowing our loved ones are in the care of phenomenal staff.
What did I like about it? Not a darn thing!! If you want something done, you pretty much have to do it yourself. Waiting 2 hrs for a family member to be changed is ridiculous (good thing I'm capable and willing to help my loved one). If you don't want to do your job, why work here??? Let someone who is willing have the opportunity.
Reading most of these reviews makes me almost laugh out loud. People will always think they are just as qualified as a nurse, doctor or pa. The unqualified will always know more about what they or their families need They will always know just how not busy staff is based on the amount of people waiting in the lobby. Get a grip people. This is a hospital, the staff paid for an education to pursue a passion that is rarely appreciated (as you can tell). Yes, something they should have known prior to working in this field but it is a rewarding job, and sometimes that outweighs the bad. Google compassion fatigue in the medical field. You'll quickly figure out how you contribute to their lives Moving on from that rant, I've had my 4 children delivered here and any day my 5th. I've had nothing but great experiences at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. And my experiences have been many with 4 kids. From dislocated joints on the playground at school, to stitches at a baseball games. Every nurse, every doctor, every PA, every patient care representative has treated us with nothing but care, compassion and (since I'm a reasonable and realistic person) in a timely manner. I understand there's always an unsatisfied, unfulfilled negative nancy everywhere you go, and for those who have come across them here it is truly unfortunate, especially during a sensitive time like being in the hospital. Thanks for all ya'll do! Sincerely, A lady on an exercise ball attempting to coax out a fetus so I can hurry up and come see you!
I was there all night for them to tell me what I was told 4 years ago and then when I told the doctor that I know what she was talking about she proceeded to draw me a picture I live with this everyday and I know my body but I will say this one doctor from Cleveland was great he actually took the time to listen to me and made sure he understood what I was saying it sucks that he is leaving back to Cleveland on Saturday but what is really sad is he wasn't even a doctor's he was a med student and he did a better job then the doctor
If you love your life then dont come here. They will let you die. I just got into a bad accident and I've been in the waiting room for 3 hours. They keep saying that I'm next to be called but everyone who walked in after me is getting called to the back. Smh
I've lived in Robeson County almost all my life, if I feel like I'm dying I bypass this hospital to go somewhere that wont let me die in the waiting room. This hospital is horrible for wait times in the ER, it could be because its Robeson County who knows. I know if I'm bad off I'll go to Scotland, Dillon, or Fayetteville, don't take a chance with your health.
I AM A REGISTERED NURSE AND I HAVE WORKED AT THIS HOSPITAL FOR 21 YEARS. I MUST SAY THAT WE HAVE COME A MIGHTY LONG WAY IN THE YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN HERE. I CAN REMEMBER WHEN A PATIENT WOULD COME IN HAVING A HEART ATTACK AND WE WOULD HAVE TO SHIP THE PATIENT OUT TO DUKE. WE NOW HAVE TOP NOTCH CARDIAC CARE AND HAVE SAVED SO MANY LIVES. I LOVE MY HOSPITAL AND PLAN TO KEEP WORKING HERE A FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. AS YOU READ THE POOR REVIEWS.. REMEMBER THAT SOME PEOPLE, NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOU TREAT THEM, NO MATTER HOW MUCH MEDICINE YOU GIVE THEN, WILL NEVER BE PLEASED. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. WE ARE A DOWN HOME, LOVING, CARING FACILITY.
The absolute WORST hospital I ve ever been to. My girlfriend and I were in a wreck and she s 13 weeks pregnant. They made her sit in the ER for an hour and a half before telling us it ll be 4-5 hours despite comparing of stomach pains. Complete waste of hospital. Terrible attitudes, lack of knowledge and just flat out waste of space.
The emergency waiting room and restrooms smell of fermented urine. The walls are and chairs are filthy. If this is any indication of how sterile this hospital is, I'd run far away!!!
My experience at Southeastern has been wonderful. Put all the stupid stuff away! The important thing is the care of a loved one fighting for their life. The Dr's are first class!! My father is alive because of the care of all the Drs, Nurses, and CNAs. They spoke for him when he couldn't speak for himself. Thank you.
On 4/6/16 I was brought in by an ambulance for a head laceration, concussion, bruised ribs and bruised wrist. My stay there was only about 3 hours. I received a CAT scan, xrays of my ribs and wrist. By the time I was discharged I had gotten 6 stitches and a tetanus shot and returned to work with no restrictions. Now mind you the physician new I am a truck driver. One week later I was seen by my local occupational clinic. They removed my stitches, took new xrays of my wrist and ribs. The results of the xrays was that I have a broken rib, which would explain why I don't sleep well. No only did Southeastern Regional Medical Center misdiagnose my rib injury, the Emergency Room Center was not very clean. I will never go here again.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of how kind and patient the nurses in fast track were. The lady who checked me and my little sister into triage was very rude and mean. She has a terrible attitude with me and my sister. Her name isn t Stephanie and she had blonde hair. I ve always had good experiences with this hospital and I even had my son here and she s been the only nurse I ve had to ever have an attitude with me and to be rude.
So I was here about two months ago. I was in severe pain and extremely sick to my stomach from being in so much pain. I was there for over 10 hours while they ran some testing, I told them it was strongly suspected I had endometriosis but the doctor there said there was nothing on my ultrasound and no way it was endo. Never ever received anything to stop my throwing up in the ER or to relieve any discomfort. Well here I am two month later recovering from a major abdominal hysterectomy where they also needed to remove so much endo I basically had to have a small tummy tuck from. The endometriosis was also extremely clear even on an ultrasound due to it being so bad and so much. This doctor apparently didn't even actually look at the test results to able able to completely miss it, let me lay there in extreme pain and vomiting for over 10 hours all to tell me that exactly what was wrong with me couldn't be. Honestly do not recommend going here. I'm not even mad I didn't even get something for pain but to not even treat active vomiting and clearly not even actually look at test results. That's not okay. To give an idea on how bad this was this doctor missed it was the length of a c-section incision and up to about three inches deep into the abdomen. There was really no excuse for that.
I LOVE IT. FORMER EMPLOYEE AS WELL.BUT I AM TREATED WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT. I GO IN WITH LOW HEMO AND MY BLOOD IS CROSSED-TYPED, LABELED, UP TO MY ROOM STRAIGHT AFTER BLOOD ORDERS ARE APPROVED. ADMITTED, TREATED, RELEASED.
May 23, 2019, @ approximately 3 am, I had a life-threatening allergic reaction that caused anaphylactic shock. I barely made it to the hospital, but once there, I was taken back within minutes. I've never been this scared of anything, the experience was excruciating. But, I must say that w/God a fabulous group of Nurses and Doctors saved my life. I'm so very thankful to Justin#RN Anya#RN & Dr.B. It was unbelievable how fast they acted while keeping their composure and professionalism, I saw their confidence and it made me think that I was going to make it. Can't thank these folks enough. I can't remember every name But, Thanks SRMC...
Avoid this deathtrap at all costs. Staff is rude and condescending. Most nurses are incompetent and make you feel like an interruption of their day. Food is undercooked (chicken). Unless your life is in immediate danger go to Moore county hospital where the staff actually cares.
They took great care of my son. Very attentive and calm and gentle with him. They put him at ease and spoke directly to him and explained as they went along.
I am really surprised that SRMC is still in business. About two weeks ago, I had to call an ambulance on my husband because he fell and hit his head and he was intoxicated. Well, while in the ER, he was a little confused and combative, so they had to call a code grey on him, which I completely understand because I use to work there, my argument is that $900 was stolen from him and he remembers bits and pieces of that night, so he remembered a security officer put his knee in my husband s ribs, while they were in the process of restraining him, in which, they had no right to do him like that while restraining him. He had a lot of pain with his ribs, so they tell us to go to Southeastern Urgent Care to get an X-ray, in which Southeastern is gonna protect their own, but we did and they said that the X-ray was normal. The next day a lot of excruciating pain, we went to McLeod in Dillon, they took more X-ray s, more in depth and his ribs were severely bruised. I wonder why the difference in hospital s. When I was an employee there, I loved it, but for patient care you better look elsewhere. I also found out from Mcleod if you have to have ambulance help and be transported to a hospital, that they can take you to McLeod and that is our choice. The ER is all around a better place to go.......
I had a positive experience at Southeastern Regional Medical Center due to the physician and staff. Desiree and Pam, RN's were caring and professional. My procedure was on time. I appreciate the care I received.
My unborn child at the time and me could of die... Er doctor said go home rest N take tyenol they charge me 2,000 for nothing .. I go to Fayetteville hospital for everything now, even drove just to go have my baby their. smh Never will go their or even take my kids their!
STAY AWAY !! Worst place I have ever been. I had to go in for back surgery, they told me it would be a out-patent and I would go into surgery at 8:30AM and to not eat anything after Midnight, well I was there at 8:00AM and they took me and put me on a bed and I laid there until 6:30PM was in surgery for 2 hours and then said I had to stay the night for observation. Milking my Medicare and my insurance for every dime they could get. I had to have the surgery because I got hit from behind in a auto accident, I was not at fault the person that hit me was. Six month's after the case was settled I get a bill for $1282.00 come to find out they never sent it to my Lawyer because they failed to put a "accident code" on it. "NOT MY FAULT NOT MY LAWYER'S FAULT" Southeastern Regional Medical Center's fault !! They even admitted it was there fault, but they still expect me to pay the bill !!
Nurses were nice. My wife seen her mother here for the first time in 20 years. My son met his grandmother. She said the hospital is taking care of her. The whole place looked clean and orderly running
This is the WORST hospital I have ever dealt with in my entire life. There are no words that can express how badly I have been treated by this place. I have been belittle, abused, yelled at and denied patient care even after being referred to this ED by my primary care doctor. The doctors that have handled my care were unprofessional, have no bedside manner, rude, disrespectful and cruel. I came in to be treated for a surgery that I had 6 months ago. I was referred to the ED due to having an elevated BP, heart rate, swelling, hot to the touch, purple and painful left breast due to being diagnosed with Granuloma Mastitis and Cellulitis 2 months ago. When I arrived to SouthEastern s ER, I was treated nicely by the ED staff and the ED PA Lawerance that was on my case. He was very professional, kind and tried his hardest to help me full better. Unfortunately, everything he tried did not work to the point where he ended up admitting me for Observation on the 2nd floor. Once I arrived to my room, I was being taken care of by the day shift staff. Also very nice. I met with the Hospitalist who was a nice lady. We went over my care plan of what was going to be done in regards to testing a, medications and what specialists I was going to see within my 24hr stay. Great! No complaints there. Everything went completely down hill once another doctor took over my case by the name of Dr. Medakayla. After a full day of pleasant care by the ED department and morning shift on the Observation/Waiting area floor, this doctor decided to do her rounds with me at 1700, where she showed up to me room, didn t introduce herself to me, so I had no idea who she was except being a doctor, and automatically had intentions of discharging to go home after being in my new room for about 13hrs or so. I expressed to this woman that I did not feel comfortable enough to go home because of my persistent vomiting and unexplainable pain that I was having with my breast. Mostly my left one. I asked her nicely if she would be okay if I stayed overnight as originally discussed with the admitting physician in the ED with my care plan treatment. She gave me no response other than, I am going to speak with Infection Disease, see what they say and go from there. This doctor walked out of my room and never came back again to discuss with me what my care plan was going to be. The total amount of time that she was in my room was maybe 5 minutes, no more then that. Shortly after, my day shift nurse enters my room to inform me that she is allowing me to stay overnight, however, she is DCing (discontinuing) ALL of my medications. Anywhere from nausea meds, pain meds to my high blood pressure medication as well, which was never given to me during my stay. I have been yelled at, disrespected, hung up on multiple times both my husband and I by the hospital night shift phone operator by the name of Bobbi. The staff that I have dealt with during night shift at this hospital are extremely unprofessional, rude, verbally and emotional abusive towards patients just be cause they have an MD, PA, NP or RN next to their last name, disrespectful, judgemental, they try to push you into doing something you don t want to do, they violated the HIPAA law by discussing my case openly in front of others, they lie about many things to make the patient seem like they re the problem which is disgusting. All I want are my discharge papers and to never return to this facility ever again. My heart breaks for the good nurses and some good doctors that I have come across that are working for a hospital that allows their employees to do as they please and get away with it. I have been in the medical field for a long time and with EMS for almost 6 years. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and they deserve the best patient care possible when at this facility or any medical facility for that matter. It s unfortunate that I sadly became a victim of this hospital this evening, and my immediate family (my husband and two children) were also affected by what was being done to me. Never again!
If you have an extremely sick child I recommend you take them anywhere BUT southeastern regional!! I m no nurse or doctor but I think if I have concerns that I have to repeat multiple times -such as my child s IV not being taped properly and near falling off after they stuck her 6 times trying to find a vein- I m sure it needs proper attention. A lot of the staff around here really do speak for the whole hospital!
Worst service ever.. heck there wasn't even any service.. I went in because I was having severe gallstone pains and had had an anxiety attack.. I literally sat in the lobby for almost 5hrs. I couldn't take it anymore and just walked out and went to a better E.R. what a sad sad excuse of a hospital. Never again!
There have been several people who have died at Southeastern Regional Medical Center who initially went to the ER. Multiple times they were sent home and had to come back to the ER because illness was left untreated and they died (a toddler was one of the deaths). SERMC has been investigated for these deaths too. This is why me and my family go to Cape Fear Hospital in Fayetteville or the hospital in Laurinburg. I have been to the ER different times in my past and their only treatment was drugs and pushed me out the door. I was discharged and had a follow up with my family doctor who told me to go to Duke because the sickness was so severe and I should have not been discharged so early. When my child's school packet questioned which hospital to be taken to, I definitely marked another hospital. While in the ER I have noticed that the area where the nurses and doctor's reside in the center of the floor, it is more like a nightclub and less like a professional establishment. I have sent major complaints but nothing was founded. My complaints came back that they did what was required which is the very minimal. I described the event to Duke Medical and the attending doctor was even appalled. I highly discourage anyone from been seen at SERMC if this is your first choice unless it is a dire emergency and is last resort but make sure to have a friend or family member with you/oversee you. SERMC does have some lawsuits against them as well. Good luck.
This hospital doesn't steal your things if you accidentally leave them when you're an inpatient like Cape Fear Hosp Cumberland County, NC. Cape Fear Hosp Hoke and Southern Hosp are good hospitals. Southeastern's billing office is horrible. I can't count the times their clerks process wrong to the VA in Salem. SE hosp ER doctor jumped all over me for seeing a specialist in Durham and not locally.SE isn't the one to go to for cardiology though.
Billing department is completely incompetent. Gave them all of my current info several times in check in process and somehow they still sent all of my bills to an address that I haven t lived at for 5 years. I don t even know how they got this address as I ve never been to this hospital before. The doctors were nice and helpful but whoever handles the billing is an utter moron.
Nasty NASTY would not take my dog there environmental Services in an out of hospital are NASTY do away with it get out of county help it might help clean the place just nasty I worked there I know I don't even go to this place I'll go to Dillion or lauriburg
It's sad come at 9:30pm on 4/18/18 it's now 5:30 on 4/19/18 still here & my daughter still hasn't been seen was told when checked in 2hr 1/2 waiting well it been 8 hrs still hasn't been seen & only one provider for 40 people .
This hospital sucks eggs the security guards are hateful don t care if you are with ur dieing mother or not they want let you in to see her after they agreed to let our family in an out anytime of the day. It has been hell up here I will never bring any of my family members back to this place. They have lawsuits against them and they are unprofessional when it comes to patients and there guest.
I was taken by ambulance on 8/7/18. Car accident! The waiting was long but they were very busy that night! The care I received was excellent. Nurses were very kind and the resident Dr. was very thorough. Had blood taken twice, and an IV put in. Best ever, did not hardly even feel it! That is a first! Had x- rays and scan done, all done professionally and quickly. Security was so kind! Had no car because it was totaled in accident! They drove us to hotel at 3am! Thank you so much!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Came in by ambulance because I couldn't walk or sit upright and was in excruciating pain, was put in a hard upright wheelchair type thing and left to sit in the lobby for 3 HOURS. At 1 point I called the triage nurse over to let her know my legs were now going numb, but nothing. Then upon discharge at 1am, i find out there is no uber or even taxis in this town. So I proceed to the waiting room till a decent hour to call someone, and at 4 am, was kicked out by security telling me at 4 am, in the dark, to go walk (which I can barely do with my cane), a 50 year old woman to go walk blocks in lumberton in the dark. And the staff was terrible except for the doctor. I hope the administration of this hospital sees this.
My son went to the hospital back in December with Medicaid. I never recieved a bill or anything. But now it was stuck on my credit report where it wasnt paid. HE HAD MEDICAID. whoever handles billing here, needs to be replaced. This is the 3rd time this has happened.
This hospital should have wheelchairs available for ppl that are having a knee problem or other issues walking in the hospital to get testing done It's hard walking long ways if you have a knee problem And no wheelchairs were no where to be found They certainly need to address this problem and fix the problem Thank you
I have had family members in and out of this hospital for many years now mostly due to rules for (Rescue units for Robeson's County) I have to truly say sadly that 60/70 % have been treated badly. I have a sister there now and if I had the power to do so she would not be there another night or day. Due to the Staff, Doctors, overall bad treatment that she has had to endure for the past 6 days . Sad thing is that she is not able to defend herself and they know that. Note: how would they feel if this was their family member ??? Well " now it has been 3 weeks and it has only been a roller coaster for her. I feel that the staff still needs help'' & her Doctor: is just experiment on her with mostly different (Drugs) not knowing really how to care for my sisters medical Issues. If I could I would take her to a professional caring hospital Doctors & Staff location. So sad to say that after asking her Doctor & the administrate to relocate her to a better location and now they refused to do that. Update :: 09-27- 2018 Starting all over again ' My sister has been back in your hospital again for a few weeks. We &( another) family member have ask you not to send our sister home yet because she is not ready. On 09-27-2018 We arrived at hospital around 11 ish and you had her on a stretcher shipping her out as she was yelling and crying not to go. We tried for weeks to assist you on how to handle our sister with walking and ETC: and when we were with her just days before you shipped her out stated that she is not ready to go back to assisting living yet "But , today she had to be taking to another Hospital due to her heart rate ' sad thing is you shipped her so far away from her family. Again I have in the past explained to you that she can't speak or help herself & that is why I do what I can to assisted as much as I can.
This hospitals waiting room is not good at all. Out of all the times I've been, I waited at least 2 hours to be seen, with an exception of one time. If you are in a life or death situation, please do not come here. You will not be seen fast enough. They didn't take me serious when I was having an obvious allergic reaction to the medication I was taking. The doctor pulled his phone out and looked up the medicine and the side effects, then proceeded to tell me to continue taking the medicine.
Went to hospital for pregnant girlfriend who was bleeding which from what I thought is not good but anyways from going to other hospitals with our first daughter we go straight to labor and delivery they send us back down to do registration and my girlfriend is still bleed then we go down did registration they took us straight back but first they had to figure who was post to get another pregnant patient out the hallway then they had to figure out where they left her at and they said they don't know if they are suppose to treat her why that's none my business but you are a hospital I thought that was kinda your job just saying but back to us after a 10 min walk to labor and delivery bleeding 20 to 30 mins doing registration bleeding and 20 mins waiting on them to find the other girl STILL BLEEDING WE FINALLY GOT HER TO THE BACK ever since this bleed incident our daughters heartrate went from 160-170 to 130-140 to them not serious might not be but after multiple complaints of possibly lossing fluids and not having fluid checked that's the women clinic though another story but to end it all after all this bleeding and heartache they sent us home the waiting was horrible the nurses let the heart monitor go off for the longest I'm done cause I can go on for days
Just as one commenter posted the bathrooms stink and there filthy. I waited to be seen after going to the back set there 3 hrs and absolutely nothing. The staff conducted themselves as if they were at a bar talking extremely loud in one big group the first hour and a half. The doctor sat in front of the computer the entire time while people waited to be seen and one doctor seemed more interested in charging her cellphone than finding out what any of us were there for. I went in a 2a.m. walked out at 5: 30 am because I felt they just didn't wait to see me...I hope and pray to God that I never have to warrant this place a visit again. And oh yeah...in 2012 my sister went into the er 9 months pregnant complaining of discomfort they sent her home because she was scheduled for a C-section the following morning at 10 am...they told her everything was OK just go home and come back in the morning, she did. But when she arrived for the C-section there was no heartbeat. My niece was gone! Dead! They should shut the door on this poor excuse of a medical facility asap!!!!
They made my grandmother die their i hope they get sued and anybody lost their loved one here i feel sorry for you i will never come back here again smh......
WORST hospital ever!!! my papa has been in there for a almost a week now and we have NO answers for his medical issues. the other night the nurse couldn't even get an IV in him. they sent him home only for him to have to return because they did nothing for him originally. today the doctor ADMITTED there was nothing they could do, that he should go to a different hospital oh and also that they PUT IN HIS CATHETER WRONG. this place needs to be evaluated and changes need to be made immediately.
I go to southeastern spine in lumberton and they are the best bunch of people o have ever met. James Co, PA, Tara CMA, Charisse, MOS, Myrtlr, MOA, Tabitha, CNA, and Terry, MOA are the best.
I think the fastest part of service at this facility is signing in at registration. After that the wait is comparable to watching paint dry and the staff is either under qualified or so caught up in their little cliques that work isnt performed appropriately or accurately. If you can bear to travel a little farther please do so and bypass this place. Trust me I avoid it as much as possible!
Last night my son had a fever of 103.6. My wife took him to ER and hours later still hadnt seen a doctor. My wife said there was a lady in the waiting room having a miscarriage and bleeding and no one was seeing her either. I told my wife get my son out of there
