Dave Wagner provided me with an estimate for water mediation and restoration services I needed due to water damage in my kitchen. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the process required for the work. He also helped me understand the process I would face with my insurance company and was very responsive by phone and email. He provided me with the information I needed quickly with great customer service. I also spoke with Lynn and Barb to schedule the appointment and I felt heard and cared for in the way they handled my calls. We ended up working with a different contractor through our insurance carrier, but I am confident Southeast would have done great quality work simply judging by the high quality customer service I received in attaining an estimate. I would highly recommend them!

I've worked with Southeast restoration several times, and have been very impressed with their work. Very clean and thorough. I highly recommend giving them a call.
We've used them twice. They did a good job the first time and the second time. An insulation installation company put a hole in my ceiling this round; Southeast Restoration fixed it. Rob came to our door post quote with a trusted contractor and oversaw the scraping (texture, so new would match), painting, and cleanup. All my questions were answered and Rob showed up early so I never had to delay my work schedule.
This company is on point! From day one with meeting with the Assessor to the Project Manager it was a well organized flow. They sat down with us, talked us through the process, and always maintained constant communication. The construction work to the final painting was always spot checked and if there was a concern it was resolved immediately. Highly recommend this company!
Adam came to our home to correct an mold problem and did a great job. He accessed the situation and cut out the ceiling. He treated the ceiling also. They covered everything and kept it as clean as possible. There was a lady assisting him and she kept everything as neat as possible. They were both extremely kind. I am so glad they were the ones assigned to my home.
Mitigation team for water damage is excellent! Very knowledgeable and communication was on point. Every person I was in contact with was helpful, fast and friendly. They called every time before arrival with accurate ETA and took the time to answer all my questions. Ultimately I'm having a quote done by them for the repairs too since their mitigation team set a level of excellence for the company and they are full service. Highly recommend!
Our project manager, Sam Foster, did a fine job with our restoration process and provided valuable guidance to us throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and took personal ownership over all the deliverables that were important to us. He worked with the flooring, drywall, and plumber folks in order to get everything completed exactly on the schedule that Southeast committed to. I would recommend Southeast Restoration, and Sam in particular, as a fine partner to work with for anyone in a similar situation. 5 star experience. See photos of our old flooring (light color wood) and new flooring (darker color wood.)
Worst experience of my life. Terrible Communication!! Took them twice to figure out how to install hardwood floors, then when asked about the stain floor contractor Andrew quit the day before refinishing Leaving us high and dry with all our stuff in storage and left to find our own floor specialist. They installed cabinets and burnt them (included pictures of their finished product) Put a hole in our drywall.
For whatever bad luck reasons, we've had several unfortunate events over the past few years that have required the services of a restoration company. So this review is actually based on a COMPARISON with a few other companies that will remain nameless. It's not just some pat on the back for a bunch of guys who did excellent work. First of all, there is nothing "convenient" about using ANY restoration company. Typically, you're using them for some catastrophic reason. There's going to be glitches. There's going to be hold-ups. There's going to be materials, supplies, and items that need to be ordered and purchased. Don't be shocked if some of them are custom items that take longer. There is always 'some' waiting involved. I don't care which Restoration company you use. Nobody is ever 'delighted' with this aspect. Most companies will work with your insurance carrier, some won't. Some, like Southeastern are better and more adept at it than others. They have a lot of credibility with my insurance carrier. It's up to YOU to bird-dog your coverage with your insurer. Not the restoration company. They (Southeastern) will help you to the point where you will likely need to do very little, and believe me, you are a lot better off with their help than without it. The quality of the workmanship and the professionalism is excellent. The sense of urgency they have about getting your house back in shape, is as close to your own sense of urgency as you are going to get. The speed with which things get done, and the timetable for repairs and restoration is very quick, but will always depend on the type of services and repairs that you need. Southeastern has vast resources and contacts to get things done quickly. I NEVER had to call Southeastern to find out the status of repairs, or ask how long I needed to wait, or stay on them about the next step in the restoration, or about some no-show contractor, or incomplete work. THEY ALWAYS CALLED ME. Communication was always smooth and unbroken. The final result is going to be better than what you had before your event or catastrophe. That's as good as it gets people. Our project manager was Tripp Lange. He kept things moving. The crews and tradesmen were all experienced and competent, many of them at master level. I hope I never have to use another restoration company. I hope that going forward, I can shop around, take my time with repairs and improvements, dither around on my own timetable, and even do some of the work myself. But if I EVER have to use another restoration company (and again, I've had to use several) It will be THIS company. Southeastern Restoration. Do your friends and neighbors a favor and if you or they find themselves in a position where they need a Restoration service, contact Southeastern.
Do not use. They do not stand behind their work. They 'replaced' our roof but didn't flash a skylight properly - and said that wasn't their problem - causing lots of water damage inside the house. Additionally, they installed the shingles badly and now I have to pay someone else to replace them because SouthEast Restoration doesn't stand behind their work. Lousy workmanship, worse customer service.
