Couldn t even get me signed up properly. Online form signed me up for the wrong program. Called customer service line. Two customer service reps took down the correct information over the phone, then proceeded to send me wrong program. I sent an email explaining the situation in detail once again. No response. At that point, I gave up.

I am not sure why Solera Health are not managing their Google account and respond to people. I worked at Solera Health for almost 2 and a half years and I can tell you that the leadership truly cares about their mission, of helping people improve their health, and sincerely want to make a change for the better. If you've had a bad experience, trust me, they are trying to address it as soon as possible.

It was great working here and I do recommend this place to any potential employees. Solera has an amazing culture and the company tries really hard to keep their employees happy.

This company has been scamming my insurance company (& apparently me as well although I have never received a legitimate bill.) out of hundreds of dollars since March, billing as office visits under the guise of Wellvolution . They are not affiliated with any specific insurance company as they claim, I was enrolled & sent a scale I never requested & enrolled in programs I had zero knowledge of & never even used. You should all be prosecuted for fraud & my insurance company is investigating.

BEWARE; Solera health Doing business as Lark health, manages a new scam on Facebook/instagram marketed as Lark health appealing ads that say you can get a free scale and Fitbit just by logging your healthcare goals with the interactive text bot lark it walks you through qualifying questions to obtain your health insurance data so they can bill your insurance company 10x the amount of the cost of the scale/Fitbit they purchase at wholesale. It s entirely an automated text program that asks what you ate. You essentially spend two minutes a day at your discretion.
I get notified by my insurance that a claim has been approved I logon only to find out they billed my insurance company a other medical service code at $155 per claim they file monthly. I notify my insurance company that this is fraudulent/phishing and ask for steps I ll need to take to submit an appeal. The rep states I downloaded an app and log weight ins. so this is billable. No!!! I immediately uninstall this app and inform insurance they are billing fraudulently. The insurance company states members who do not agree need to file an appeal on thier own. While I was not balance billed I found this to be very upsetting. You wonder why our healthcare costs are on the rise is because of abusive deceptive billing practices. BEWARE of these marketing schemes to obtain your insurance data so they can bill and receive astronomical amounts in contrast for the lack of what they ACTUALLY provide.
