Nothing to brag about. Rude worker who brought ice cold lunch. Lost belongings. Possibly disguarded. No concern from nurse other than "Everyone makes mistakes". I'm not sure how to feel. It didn't bother them. They weren't the ones being discharged in cold weather partially undressed. Told to keep calling to see if articles of clothing were found. Unbelievable.
I USUALLY HAVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES HERE BUT I AM IN ROOM 564 BAD TIME HERE. NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME I am very disappointed with them they use to be good don't know what happened to SOUTHEAST health had to keep asking and the aide came in and said let me go see what is going on never came back. Please get your act together you are running a good hospital
My son was on the fourth floor. No visitation. I called left messages for two days. I never received a called back until the day after he was discharged. I understand that the nurses are busy. But as a nurse myself, I always called back family. Even if it was at lunch or before I left.

Left waiting for over 4 hours for my wife to come out of Surgery.. No call.. So I call them.. They tell me she is just now going back for the Surgery.. 5 hours total and nothing has happened.. Her appointment was at 11am.. It is now almost 4:30.. I am very angry.. Very unprofessional hospital.
This place is amazing! Very good in dark times. I got my COVID Vaccine here which was quick and easy.
The COVID vaccine clinic is excellently run. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. So thankful for taking the time to dedicate to the community.

I have been here since last tuesday. Dr. Skinner did a procedure on me. Dr. Skinner and the nurses here have done an amazing job with me.i would highly reccomend this hospital to everyone. All the staff are professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Bhise is skilled, thorough, and kind. I could not have asked for a better experience!
Over 4 hours to be seen 2 days in a row. Glad nobody was in serious distress. This is ridiculous. And there is no sanitation in the waiting room, yet they expect you to wear their masks and not your own. Get it together Southeast please. Be the hospital you used to be.
