I ve been shopping around for a 2020 Street Glide Special and went to a lot of dealers who were very pushy to get a sale. Pomona Valley Harley hands down was an awesome experience. Bill and Bryan in sales weren t pushy at all and answered all my questions. They made me feel very comfortable and gave me space to look around too. Sales manager was great and gave me a price that I could not walk away from. All the staff from financing, apparel, parts and service were all very friendly.

Truly going to miss this store. I purchased my first new harley here. Bill, Rusty, Dave always have been great to work with. What a great loss to the HD Community. I am sure apartments will be built here very soon, what a shame.

I wish I had bought my bike here. I got mine at laidlaw's, the guys there seemed great but after I bought my bike it was like I didn't matter anymore. The guys here at pomona valley way cooler, friendlier, and helpful. I don't feel unwelcome here

I have had very poor experiences with the Service Department at this location. You would think that being an independent dealership or sole owner it would be "better" per se however, read this... From the first time I had the bike repaired there I had fronted the cost/expenses of the repairs and the department was still late on completing repairs and gave me wrong tires and put weights on the rims to have them balanced. The second time, I had gone in to get it serviced; to lubricate some parts of the bike and I was quoted, verbatim, "Anywhere between $50-$60".When I went to pick up the bike the service advisor was going to charge $200! After complaining about this, the service tech started cursing about me despite the fact that it was his manager who quoted me the service. Lastly, I called in about getting another quote on a diagnostic on my bike and gave him details on what was going on. He said, it can be $320 just to look at it, and not even repair it. I asked, "well, what if you don't find anything, I don't want to pay $320 , so on average how much could it be given my situation and your experience?". He said, "I don't know". How do you not know ?! I mean, you are in a service department it is your responsibility and duty to have some knowledge or background in the mechanics of motorcycles. If they don't know, how could you trust them with your bike?! Nonetheless, I started taking my Harley to another shop....

Bill was extremely interested and helpful. The ladies in the clothing department are always so pleasant. We are regular customers by choice. Thank you guy's.

I would like to thank Pomona Valley Harley-Davidson for making my first Harley purchase one to enjoy. Jason, Bill, Rusty, Pat, Richard and Jerry were particularly helpful with setting me up with the bike and the necessary items.

I've owned bikes before, but this is my first Harley. I came from looking at another 'beach city' Harley and so thankful that I did. They wanted to sell me a lower '107' model for thousands more (no joke).

Coming from 50 miles away, I can tell you that it was WELL WORTH every minute... and every penny. I got better service, better terms, and the better bike.

Thank you everyone at PVHD for welcoming me to the family. There's a great team there and a "true Harley family atmosphere".

I Bought My Motorcycle And All My Gear At This Location And The Staff Is Really Friendly And Courteous. They Even Have A Loyalty Card That You Can Get And Accumulate Points On It For Every Purchase That You Make. Come In And Get Your Free Coffee And Pastries And Look Around. I Guarantee They Will Have Something You Will Like, Or Maybe A Motorcycle?

Totally not surprised this location is closing. There service and repair department was inept, store management was low on integrity and the parts department seemed to airways have inventory problems. Except the three employees workers, good riddance.

Today we volunteered to cook hamburger and hot dogs while a really great rock band played to thank all the customers. Everyone was safe, happy, well fed. Not to mention dressed cool on a bunch of new HD gear!
