All your SANPARKS needs are centralised at these offices. The staff are very friendly and helpful and really go out of their way to help and to accommodate your specific needs.
Only one person serving customers although there are six workig stations. Staff left their lunch remains out under the tree where they congregate. A yellow mongoose was too happy to assist them in cleaning up. So much for 'keep our parks clean' and basic conservation.
Was disappointed to find out that the Reservation Office isn't open onn a Saturday morning anymore. I had to take time off work to go & change a booking.
After attempting to use the dreadful SanParks websites (when they are actually working) it was a pleasure to visit reservations and talk face-to-face with a human being. She was fantastic and the booking was sorted and paid for with speed abd professionalism.

We have always , over all the years only had good experiences at the Parks Board office. Staff have always been helpful and attentive. I always leave there with a positive feeling. Thank you ladies , you are the best!
Central reservations may as well not exist. I have phoned a hundred times and it tells me the number does not exist. When I do get through no one answers. Very, very disappointing!!!!!
I always had excellent, fast and friendly service from the staff at the reservations office. Lately I have been making reservations online where I also got fast and efficient service. Currently the online reservations are experiencing difficulty in operating properly ans are making it impossible to make any reservations. Also the telephone lines are very busy and it is not possible to secure a reservation.
