Purely from a customer service point of view Philippe was extremely helpful. Even though he knew I wasn't able to use his service as I was located in Perth, he still advised me on what product to use and even sent me information on where to locate it. Other soundproofing companies did not show much interest in my situation.

Philippe came and built a small sound proof room in my garage so that I could operate woodworking machinery without disturbing the neighbours. Philippe's work was exceptional. The quality of the work was superb and he has a great attention to detail. In the end, the room did a phenomenal job in reducing the noise and worked way better than expected. Philippe also helped take sound measurements to compare the difference afterwards. Philippe himself was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and a pleasure to talk to.
