Very good Customer service reasonable with there prices my big sister been going there since she was sixteen when it comes to car sound They have great quality everyone and anyone who needs are won't car sound for sure needs to hit up sound image hands down.

Good service they know what you need. No hassle at all. Simple communications that get the job done. Got a amp installed just to improve my speaker quality. Simple clean setup love it so far! Will be back for an alarm. Thank you Kindly!!

I dropped my car off in morning picked up buy noon I was very showed how people friendly they were as well as fast they didn't play there on it they know stereos and amps very very well they had know problem taken time out for my questions over all I give a ten there there for there publice as well as covid safe that made me feel contrable? I went in here to purchase a deck and along with it came a great deal of knowledge. Came in to get a amplifier to run my four new speakers properly. Been here since 9am and it s 136pm. Was the first car here. Was promised 2hrs and it s been almost 5 hrs!! Don t come here

Horrible had my tints and indash put in here and had deep scratches in my leather on my doors and dash board

Got my BMW x3 done with a full highs setup. They went through the factory unit and found out the factory amp was giving out. Redirected everything to new highs amp. Sound perfect and crisp!! Thank God I didn't have to go to the dealer to get it fixed. Would've cost me and an arm and a leg (Phew) . They fixed it the same day. Much Obliged will come back to get some improvement in my wifes audio in her car next!

I went in with some questions about some stuff I need help with (Wiring) and the guys helped me out right away and in a friendly manner! Would recommend and definitely going back again for anything audio!

Really cool people. Very honest. Went into get rear speakers installed on a vehicle I just purchased. Come to find out the speakers still were in good shape just needed to be hooked up. He just charged me for the labor to connect the old speakers up. He could have sold me a product that I didn't need. I would not have known, but instead he was up front and honest. I will definitely be coming back!

Went to get my stereo system, alarm system and some speakers for my car. They did a great job, speakers sound great, stereo system works great and the alarm system works perfectly. Will definitely be back to install more things in my car. Highly recommend them.

Why buy a new car since your current auto is still in great condition? Keep that older Camery , Avalon or Lexus ,toss out that old auto stereo system and upgrade to current standards with a Stereo -Back-up Camera .....And new Speakers , you will be ahead !

SICA was the 1st place i stopped in at and unfortunately they were booked up for the next 2 days. Another establishment i went to (i won't say any names) may or may not have had the kit i needed in stock, but I knew for sure that "the game" of up-saling and overcharging me, WAS ON! I know this bcuz once I returned to SICA i realized that they were attempting to charge me almost DOUBLE for kit and wire harness! Anyway enough of "them ", I would like to give a warm shout out to the professional, fair and handsome gentleman at SICA for the prompt and professional service they provided me. They even saved me money letting me know that I didn't need all the speakers I initially had. I recommend you treat your car to the best and come see these guys.. THANK YOU LOTS GUYS, STAY GOLDEN

Only reason it s not a 1 is because they were very nice. (update: They're salesmen so of course they're nice)

So I go in with strange issues with my custom sound system. Just a 1200w sub and amp box. I paid for a diagnosis and was told a couple things that could be the problem but not what IS the problem. Bad ground location, weak fuse (that came with my install kit) and the copper clad aluminum install kit. For 1200W I think the aluminum was not a big deal. So I went along and paid 3x what I could online for the install kit just to get these problems finally solved.

They played the music very loud in my car and it seemed working fine however after I left it wouldn t play well at low, comfortable, volumes. I ve been told several things that it COULD be but they were happy to upsell me on things that wouldn t actually solve my problems.

Update: I had taken it to another shop and they also failed it fix it. I spent over $800 on this problem overall. I was so mad at the other shop I went to that I decided the only way I would get this fixed is if I learned and fixed it myself. So I unscrewed the subs and I immediately found a loose butt connector. I took it off, replaced the wires, tied the ends together and taped it down with electrical tape and I haven't had a problem since. This shop missed a loose wire and it wound up costing me nothing and took me (someone who only possesses basic electrical knowledge) 15 minutes to fix. My trip to their shop cost me well over $200.

I have been coming to sound image for a long time. They have excellent service and a great knowledge on every car/truck and the right system to put in that car/truck. I want to recommend everyone who likes to have a good sound and to have everything installed right the first time in their car/truck to go see them for all of your car audio needs.

Just got my hyundai sonata done 8/7/17 Shawn was more helpful than I could ask for. The system I got I was not expecting it to sound this great. I recommend the Memphis M6 12" ask for Shawn he knows his stuff and will work with you with a smile. And your car will be bangin hard as ever.

Very good place. Great costumer service. Amazing prices and the owner is very kind and will try his hardest to work with you. Great selection to choose from and they will dial in all your amps and speakers for the best sound. They showed me how to use all the functions on my new radio and helped explains things until I got it all. I came in needing a radio the same day and they didn't have my dash kit in stock but kept calling around until they found it and got me in. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a great system.

My opinion of sound image...
-they do not have good or fair prices as all the reviews said they did. Granted I did not look at other shops because the reviews were so good here.
-installation was way below par. Multiple new scratches on my dash, covers not put back in place, zip tied wiring loose under dash to wires ran through clips that open and that's at a quick glance. Threw the box and manuals for deck away. Gave me replacement when I complained and found out later it's not even the right manual for the deck they installed. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE INSTALLATION don't let em fool you. Just a foreign owned chop shop from what I could see. Do yourself a favor and do your research and shop around!

Great work and fast service. We got an alarm installed onto a 2001 Chevy Silverado and it works great and I was explained on how to operate the alarm system clearly and thoroughly. I highly recommend these guys for great work and great prices.

A big shout out to these guys for there help and the alarm install. I have A 2011 Ford F-150 with a commercial camper. I wanted to have sensors on all the doors to the truck shell. I work with my truck so my tools are valuable! The install looks good and the alarm works as it should. They even helped me reprogram my extra FOB for the alarm.. great service and good work. I would recommend them for install, inventory and service.
