Nice hotell with very friendly staff, but the restaurant is very noisy, but that's not the staffs fault, it's the parents fault.

Then if you are going to be a picky Swede, you should probably not have a gas tank 7 m from an apartment, but you must keep your fingers crossed that it does not explode ..... Not this week at least ...

Fantastically good location with its own sheltered small bay where it is relatively shallow. Had a very successful stay with six adults.
Am glad to have had a sea view.
The internet is said to be here, but is completely useless. Wasted almost an entire day visiting a Norwegian website, without much success. Tried again in the two weeks we were there with the same result. The job should take about three minutes. Had several tablets and laptops, as well as the hotel machine for guests. No one worked online.

A truly fantastic place! Clean, pleasant hotel (on the one hand, near the center and not far from the main street of Protaras with its shops and restaurants, on the other hand, at a sufficient distance to remain quiet). Absolutely stunning beach and views of fig tree bay - the cleanest and most beautiful beach in Cyprus. In the immediate vicinity there is both a fully sandy bay and comfortable pantones for descending into the water. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, which is important. Everything is just super! See photos

Was here a few years ago, wonderful great space and great service. Good deals for the kids were there too.

The cosiest place I've been to !! A perfect place for families to relax on! Shows every night with dancing, music and fun games for the kids!

+ Nice hotel, high standard, nice choice of materials. Nice staff, good cleaning to generally nice. Superb location on the cape, with both pool, docks to the sea and close proximity to the beach.
+ Good distribution on bars across the area.
+ But the snack bar which has good opening hours and a large selection of smaller dishes, sandwiches, salads, ice cream etc. Best on the whole resort

- The meals, the logistics around the hot food. Can get crowded o light queuing, incredibly loud (lousy cushioning in the dining room, just hard surfaces). Very few outdoor seating, but much better there. Therefore always full of course.

Very nice place but unfortunately some staff were very rude and offensive. The policy of the hotel is the same for years now. If we want to drink something there can't we? We have a Porsche and we just needed water from the common bathrooms downstairs not to sit in the car with sea salt and they told us to leave. There was one woman and was very rude. Next time we will pay to clean the toilets for one use. Our suggestion is to put a fence around the hotel and no entrance if you don't want Cypriots to get in. We are very sorry from this attitude from some staff.

Very sad to be leaving soon as the family And I loved every minute here. The team running the kids clubs and evening children's entertainment are first class and deserve so much praise! The staff are all really helpful and polite. Really wonderful experience none of us will forget. Great food too!! Massive thanks to everyone who works here right from the cleaners to the managers. <3

Nice family hotel with really good food and a fantastic activity team. Close to the beach for those who want, but also several stairs down to the sea if you want to avoid sand everywhere ... Small bathrooms and a little step between baby pool and other pools (1.2m) if you have to remark on something.

Fantastic hotel :)
The food is just amazing. I can not have gluten, the staff in the restaurant could not have made my stay better. They have a good grasp on it with gluten, help and show you what you can eat, and show you want something else, they fix it, and they are just so wonderfully nice :) so thanks to all the chefs for making my holiday easier so that I do not have to think about whether I get in me something I can not stand: D

The cleanliness is also very good.
The pools are clean and a short way to the sea (just down some stairs)
Would say this is just an incredibly good hotel, which is why we return year after year.
Only downside is the drinks, they are terribly bad. But it is an incredibly small problem compared to how good the hotel is otherwise :)

Would highly recommend the hotel.

Wonderful hotel near Nissi Beach
Nice staff, good shows for kids and adults, always a nice reception and good food. Good pool area and hygienic in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The time went a little too fast when you were there, but the time is fast when you have fun

Just had an amazing week here and I must say best place I have stayed at ever.From the start I felt so at home the rooms were brilliant lovely modern aircon plenty of space. The staff here are magnificent nothing was too much trouble and so friendly. The ladies In reception were fantastic so helpful. Now I say the heart of a hotel is the food and well it was not only exceptionally good and tastey but spectacular variety, the quality unbelievable. The restaurant is run by a lady called Silviya she runs that place like clockwork and so efficient what a beutiful lady we loved her to bits. We are looking to book again as soon as possible. We were very sad to leave but hey we will be back thank you every one who works there.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Especially for families. The tui representatives are great with the kids as well as the adults. Great food, Great views and a very welcoming reception team. They even went as far as to put us some food and drinks aside for us as we didn't arrive to the hotel until 4am. Was a great little touch. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking of coming here, especially families, to book it. You won't be disapointed. (Well we haven't been, I would give more stars if I could)

We feel extra welcome.
We have met several of the staff before and they are always just as nice whether they are working on cooking, serving, receiving at the reception or cleaning. I do not want to replace any of the staff.
Also appreciates the environment of the place with proximity to the sea and beautiful baths.

Good family, all inclusive hotel. It is supposed to have had a re furniture in 2016. All they done to me was replace the doors and windows and toshed in the rest. The food is nice with plenty of variations to suit all but the very fussy. There is a traditional food restaurant that you have to book and can only eat there once, ten out of ten, you have to go there great. Two main pools and one kiddies, with the beach less than a ten minute strolling the heat. This is a family hotel, if you want peace and child free hotel try the King Jason next door.

Great area, but the quality does not match the price of the hotel. Max 3 stars.

Top food, super service, mega nice staff, great outdoor area and pools. Lovely to swim in the sea, clear and clean water.

Fantastic place. Super friendly staff. Always smiling, helpful, greeting despite the heat, long working days.
There is a very long, beautiful and very well-traveled promenade. Here, a large "population group" resides, which you should take care of if you are allergic. There are many cats in the area.

This was our family second time here! If You want nice quiet place without crowded sandy beach, this is place to be. Good food, nice staff loved it! Very big rooms.

Nice and fresh apartment rooms with soft beds. Good food and nice person. Located fine by the sea. No beach but good opportunities to get into the sea via jetties. Incredibly calm and fine water in the sea outside the hotel. There is a snack bar and drink bar near both pools. The entertainment in the evening is, I think, more intended for the children and then not so entertaining for the adults.
