Case management division is terrible. Very lazy. Take all kinds of medicare, and Medicaid money for little to no work.

I am dissatisfied with the services provided. I was referred here through the courts for group therapy. Maybe 60% of the time we actually had a group. Under 3 people it becomes an individual therapy session. I found them to be very cold and clinical. I received no help. I prefer the help I am getting now through Care Plus. They are very helpful and look forward to going there 5 times a week versus dreading going to Sound 3 days a week.

Negative stars. Awful people. Awful service. Awful medication treatment course of action. Overall MAKES THINGS WORSE

rude, arrogant, talks down to clients...don t think anyone gets better there...find another place, quickly!

Oh wow, this shady, greedy and corrupt company is still around? I wonder if the criminals that stole and embezzled money, are still there. Are you guys still firing people for being whistleblowers? This company was in the news for months for corrupt activities. I wonder who the owners paid off to have that scandal swept under the rug.

Horrible place the aprn they had there subscribed me a medication without telling me then I had to take it and the side effects led me into a delusion.
