Blow out on the freeway with no tread left. They said that because of no tread they can't evaluate a claim and that it must have been driven on for a long time. It was only driven 5-10 seconds to get safely off to the side of the freeway.

Basically a Hazard warranty that offers no real protection. They also said they don't speak to customers, only dealers. What kind of business offers warranty to a customer but will not speak to them. It isn't the dealers warranty it is mine, I am the customer.

When asked who I could complain to I was told "no one, I am the manager and there is no complaints department". When asked who regulates them where a complaint could be made I was given no answer. I asked government, insurance commission, BBB or other entity and then was informed they have an A+ BBB rating. Based on my experience they shouldn't. I hope others will similarly let BBB know so they can be less proud of the service they offer which is certainly not A+.

This worked exactly as we hoped. We bought the coverage because the car was for our son,who is a new driver, and we thought the dents and dings may occur. After about a year we looked over the car saw a few spots with dents and filed a claim online with my phone camera. We met the tech at our dealership and the spots on the car look perfect like nothing had ever happened. Super happy with this company and service.

It may have been the tiniest of dings, but from customer care to quality repair the folks at Soniso brought their ace game. I have nothing but accolades for the experience especially from their ambassador Claire, who is an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. Let the runaway shopping carts, falling walnuts and highway rocks do their worst because I know Soniso will always bring their best!

Used to actually be a functional warranty company, this has since changed. Now customers are forced to submit warranty and labor claims online. Included in their new online only / avoid customer contact procedure, is the mandate for original invoice from where the shop bought the part from the supplier. Maybe this would be less of a joke if we were an accounting firm. Were an auto shop, like most other shops, invoices are not retained in-store for 2 years, likely because we also not storage facilities. Paying into scamsio has cost me enough, fortunately, technet does not require such stupidity. Fare thee well.
