Tragic customer service .... I have not encountered such treatment for a long time ... The texts "Let me embrace you" after 3 seconds of seeking information about which service lady is asking very gently saying naughty. How do you want to have customers if you can't ask anything about the service?

Cooperation with Sote proved to be a hit!
The company made all the modifications to the website quickly and efficiently that I asked for. The service office showed a friendly attitude, quick contact and professional advice, which is why I am satisfied and recommend Sote to other interested parties.

I have been cooperating for years and in retrospect I can rate the company and software as 5/5.

The software has been developed and operated for years without any problems, the technical service is also very good - with few software vendors you can talk directly to the person who wrote the module / plugin.

Of course, there are some shortcomings, but it is understandable in a situation where the needs from the market / modifications / modules is an infinite number and new ones are constantly appearing, and the company has a finite number of programmers. You have to select and systematically implement the most important ones, and from what can be seen from the updates - this is what is done.

The only IT environment that goes home before repairing a defect it has created that prevents software from working correctly for customers. I do not recommend Sote for companies that conduct professional online sales, because neglect of the (paid) service may limit sales in many stores on this engine for X days.

OK for me and very much. A very extensive panel, but at the same time intuitive. A very concrete and substantive company. Minimize words, maximum content and all the work done well. I can recommend it (two friends have already benefited)

They once erased me for 10,000. by selling the "deluxe" version of your cheap Sote system, I do not recommend it either. Everyone who is considering buying this platform should drink a glass of cold water and then install a free wordpress from woocommerce.

I can recommend SOTE with a clear conscience. They have an advantage over other SaaS platforms in several areas:

1. Quality of service at the implementation stage - I received the answers immediately, on the same day. The answers were comprehensive and competent, they allowed to solve particular issues. My project was run on the SOTE side by one person (Mr. Agata), who was involved in coordinating the whole implementation process and distributing questions and issues to the appropriate people from the implementation team. Agata gave competent answers to most questions. If necessary, it was possible to directly contact the individual members of the team by phone.

2. Speed of work - the gentleman who dealt with the implementation of the graphic design (unfortunately I did not remember the name) worked very efficiently and methodically. He introduced all comments on an ongoing basis and recommended optimal solutions. He knows the system's capabilities well and explained with patience how to implement these elements yourself, which should be implemented by the website ordering the store (ie by me;)). He communicated through Ms. Agata in a very structured way (point by point) and fully exhausting the given issue. The way the Lord worked dealing with the implementation made a really fantastic impression on me. The project was implemented faster than planned (!).

3. Price - the evaluation of the implementation that I received was at a very good level compared to the valuations I received from other platforms. It is known, as in interactive projects, one pricing at X, the second at 3X, and the third at 6X. The price proposed by SOTE was good, and juxtaposing it with the quality of the team's work, I can say that the quality / price ratio is really great.

Summarizing:
While evaluating the project, I talked to several SaaS platforms. SOTE at the valuation stage asked accurate debriefing questions, indicated clearly what would be possible, what not, prepared a transparent, clear valuation. It was definitely at the forefront of all platforms.

As for the implementation stage - SOTE in this field even exceeded my expectations. The team works efficiently and behaves fully professionally.

I have two licenses for this store. The beginnings of the service were difficult but it is just a matter of learning. Of course, I am satisfied with the product and the website works properly and does what it is supposed to do. Like every product, this one is not perfect, but I do not regret my choice when buying a second license.
For me (after small personalizations made for a fee), the store works properly and I'm happy with it.
