I can recommend SOTE with a clear conscience. They have an advantage over other SaaS platforms in several areas:

1. Quality of service at the implementation stage - I received the answers immediately, on the same day. The answers were comprehensive and competent, they allowed to solve particular issues. My project was run on the SOTE side by one person (Mr. Agata), who was involved in coordinating the whole implementation process and distributing questions and issues to the appropriate people from the implementation team. Agata gave competent answers to most questions. If necessary, it was possible to directly contact the individual members of the team by phone.

2. Speed of work - the gentleman who dealt with the implementation of the graphic design (unfortunately I did not remember the name) worked very efficiently and methodically. He introduced all comments on an ongoing basis and recommended optimal solutions. He knows the system's capabilities well and explained with patience how to implement these elements yourself, which should be implemented by the website ordering the store (ie by me;)). He communicated through Ms. Agata in a very structured way (point by point) and fully exhausting the given issue. The way the Lord worked dealing with the implementation made a really fantastic impression on me. The project was implemented faster than planned (!).

3. Price - the evaluation of the implementation that I received was at a very good level compared to the valuations I received from other platforms. It is known, as in interactive projects, one pricing at X, the second at 3X, and the third at 6X. The price proposed by SOTE was good, and juxtaposing it with the quality of the team's work, I can say that the quality / price ratio is really great.

Summarizing:
While evaluating the project, I talked to several SaaS platforms. SOTE at the valuation stage asked accurate debriefing questions, indicated clearly what would be possible, what not, prepared a transparent, clear valuation. It was definitely at the forefront of all platforms.

As for the implementation stage - SOTE in this field even exceeded my expectations. The team works efficiently and behaves fully professionally.
