Over priced. They have no competition. Pd over 1600 to install and now they want hundreds more to move to new location. Or but out the contract at 1500. What a rip off. You get a monthly fee.

Professional interview at my home was focused around my safety and the services they provide to fit " MY" needs. Gave me tips regarding outside and inside lighting and other safety items. Installation of equipment was done in a few hours. I had a lot of questions for the tech who wanted to make sure I understood everything. Yes, I would recommend SOS Alarm.

Have had the SOS alarm system in home and shop since 2005. Have only had one or two issues and they were promptly addressed. Great service and excellent price.

They are an 11 out of 10. Superb service, they have put up with my occasional goof with an understand that is amazing. Everyone is friendly, their service is great. I wanted something that it turned out I did not need and their salesperson explained why and she was right so they do not try to sell you something you don't need. GREAT people and I will always be with them, period!!!

We are very pleased with SOS Alarm. They are responsive and do exactly what we hoped they would to keep our home safe. When a battery needs to be changed they let us know, and the service techs are efficient, friendly and polite. When we open the wrong door they give us a call to make sure all is OK. We also like that they are local. All around a great company!

We have a pretty simple system but it works and we have had very good service from SOS anytime we needed anything.

Our service has been "unalarming". Great to know they are watching our backs.

I would like to rate this company as an former employee. I took a fall on my own time that required surgery that required a career job change. I have worked for just a handful of companies in my 32 years. SOS Alarm I can honestly say was the best experience I have ever had. The owners of SOS show great appreciation not only for there customers though there employees as well. Was a company I went to work every day with a smile. Horrible experience! their alarm didn't work as said by one of their honest technicians and they refuse to take any responsibility for their glass break not working.

Simply put.... A joke.

I am recently Retired Operations manager at the Medford Airport, I had a contract with SOS for our elevators and fire alarms at many locations. Very friendly professionals that knows their business, but most importantly was the great 24 hour local service. If you are looking at an alarm for your home or business, I would go with SOS. The alarm gives us piece of mind. The signs and decals they provide give would be intruders a heads up. I will say that my alarm has went off many times, and I mean many( forget to turn it off and open a door or window) and they do not call. I have had one call in the two plus years I have had the alarm and it was at the time i needed to pay for the next year.

We have had SOS since we moved to the Rogue Valley. The best thing about them is that you don't know they're there unless, of course, you need them. The service people, who appear rarely to replace batteries, are always very courteous and professional. I find the staff who works the telephones very efficient, too! I can ask for nothing more for the reasonable price we pay for SOS

I recently had SOS Alarm install a home security system in my home. We had competitive bids from Sonitrol, Brinks, and ADT and SOS had the best package and service for the equipment offered. There sales person was not pushy, and really spent the time to fit the right system with our budget. What really made me and my wife happy was that SOS is 100% local where as the other company's are from out of town operating with sub-contractors do install and sell their systems. Why would you ask this now that we have left the Rogue Valley? Silly question! I know you owe me a refund for almost 3 full months. I figured this email was concerning that!

We just had SOS (Damion and Mike) come to our home and provide us with an overview of our alarm system. Mike, the technician was very knowledgeable of system features. He was patient and informative as he demonstrated features we didn t even know we had. Such a great representative of SOS. THANK YOU MIKE AND DAMION!!

Technicians arrived at time specified. Worked efficiently and triple checked everything thoroughly after installation to make sure system worked correctly. Very patient and friendly answering our questions and making sure we understood how the system worked.
