Company Management is very good but salary packges is very low

Sopra Steria is merger of well know Sopra and Steria two companies and known for high work load.

It is a company with lots of projects and opportunities, which is the good part however along with that a lot of internal politics with old managers sticking to their positions and not letting people grow beyond certain level is a big minus here.

Very good company for fresher's to kick start their career. You will also have lot of onsite opportunities but that will be subject to your project and requirements. Increments are good and it is a nice place to work.

Worst HR policies specially when it got merged with Steria, not recommended place to work if they are not offering good salary package.

I went to some axis placement for sopra seria.my experience was not good.sopra hr was very rude.name deepak i waited for 3.5 hrs for just telephonic round n got rejected.n my frnd also got rejected for silly reason.i will not recommend this company to anyone.total waste of time.

Very bad experience with HR, takes lot of time to conduct interview & furnish incorrect information to job seekers. Apart from that male employees face discrimination because management always give additional benefits to female workers

Good company to work with. Employee friendly polices and facilities like gym, creche are available to employees. Finding project on latest technology will be a challenge. Like many other organization, managers have all power and managers decision can't be challenged either by employees or by senior management as well. But still, good company to start career with.

Good thing about company interview is that at least they provide response for every interview even it is positive or negative .
I have appeared there for first round on telephonic and after one week they asked for prepare for next round and gave me some time of 7 days and then f2f interview conducted.
Worst part was that they go for another round after f2f saying last round was taken by alternate panel. This was with me, don't know for others.

Worked here as Senior software engineer. Good company
