Great organization at a good location. The surrounding is calm and peaceful. Connectivity is a expensive till that route.

Software company. Nice company but they don't let you take your cell phone inside but keep it outside safely in packets

Worst recruiting process HR is totally unexperienced they dont even see your CTC before calling you for an interview, they harres candidates unnecessary by calling them and when candidate appears they offer salary which is half of his present CTC.

Guys be tactful from such companies.

It's a BPO being employee centric and mostly hires female staffs.

I have a very worst experience with this company, i already worked in this company and wanted to get rehired but the selection criteria was worst, without any strong reason these people rejects anyone, i would like to advice them to check other companies criteria who actually give better salary packages and follow correct hiring procedures. Low firms are much better than Steria.

Not a good place if you wanna good career in software development They hire you and force you to sign the bond which is pathetic and give you technology based on their wishes.The bad part is the project in soprasteria are not exciting and there is very less learning .

I went today for interview at sopra steria 135 noida for QA position, the contact person was ANITA - from recruitment team , she was very soft spoken and nice person....I went for the first round ,it was good and interviewer was also very kind.I went for second round...now here comes the black cloud ..there were 2 person who took my interview 1 male and 1 female .The male member came just to satisfy his ego as an interviewer ..he was such a dump that he was looking only for the answer which he knows..he was not sure about how the actual test estimations are done ..he was unethical , unprofessional and literally illiterate . Aise log interview lenge to gadhe hi bharenge.......

Great environment, great culture. Very good place to work if you start here with a good salary package.. :)

Best place for those women who have child because campany provides childcare facility with proper care taker

I visited here for the interview of profile HR generalist role , I qualified here 3 rounds but they told me that you need to put your cellphone in locker till office time even you can't carry single pen inside the office

I worked for 3 years. Company is good. People are supportive. But management is like colony aunties.
They give very stupid reasons for promotions. No wow hike on promotion.

You can find the n number of different and big corporates decent place, but travel will be a challenge for you if you are not comuting from your own vehicle.

The only drawback to this facility is that there is very less public conveyance available to reach this place from main city.
