A great place to work. Excellent management team. Handsome pay.
Worst place to work for , No work ethics, Hire and fire is the main policy in the company. Less clients to work for.
Great place to work...situated in the heart of the city.
The interview was 3 rounds (IT Recruiter)
1st round was telephonic
2nd round was written test about recruitment
3rd round was face to face.
Received an offer. But too less for an MBA with 1year of experience.
But I accepted the offer so that I can gain IT experience.
1st day was horrible, they did not give proper induction. The HR just read the PPT in a bored tone. And the team lead also did not explain what the company is about, Instead asked to read from the website and prepare PPT presentation on what we understood. If I had an IT exposure I would have understood something, but insted like small children they me asked questions.
I don't know anything about IT and couldn't understand what the company was doing.
Felt really uncomfortable.
Rejected the offer on the first day itself.
Poor management
Poor HR team
Overall not good for freshers.
Only preference is given to IT ppl.
Worst place for everything. Nothing to say about Diksha.
"Diksha has given me an awesome platform to learn and grow"
Diksha has a very friendly and supportive staff, they take good care of their employees. They follow an open door policy which makes it easy to interact with the leadership team. They provide great opportunities to learn and explore.
Remember If you are looking a job opportunity here.
So I ll tell you their truth :
Hr will keep on calling you till you come for interview. Once you reached and gave interview.
It is best given by you and they got to know.So they ll tell join in 15 days even HR called by saying 30 days.
Project manager is horrible, shows like he is the owner of company now join and talk to your manager and come with the joining day.
When you go or call with joining day HR says sorry you are not shortlisted.
How they make fool.
No co-ordination between HR or hiring manager. I hate this type of small companies in India which make fool to people.
Hope you guys will be reading this before going or applying there. And one more thing do not believe what they says, if says anything directly say send me in written.
I went for the Automation QA, and 3 rounds were there, who took my rounds all were not even aware about Question to be asks.
worst experience in wasting time with lies.
1st online Aptitude , 2nd Face to Face Technical Questions, after you selected than told 3 yrs Bond...
Great place to work. Teams are very supportive and healthy work environment. Good platform to learn and grow.
Good place to work.
Respected.
Good people.
Best place.
No proper response from company people.
Called and enquired whether there were any openings for content writer, they told they will check and revert back. Till now no response
One of the best place to work, cheers to all who work here
It's an it company which has some big clients where they depute their employees they are trying to compete in market and trying to setup the things on way but there are some holes like HR departments is very lazy.. So if you are going to join then think twice and crosscheck...
Excellent. I am working in Diksha Technologies from more than 10 years now. It has been a wonderful journey till now. I thoroughly enjoy the culture, and Diksha management always make themselves available for questions. Overall, it's a great place to be in.
Very poor hiring process, makes fool the candidates.
