My review is not based on the quality of childcare. It's based on the lack of response I received when inquiring about childcare for my baby. I called four times and left four messages over a span of a week and a half and no response from Admissions (I believe her name is Tiffany?). I even called directly to the childcare area and asked if maybe she was on vacation or out of the office and apparently she was there. I explained that I wasn't getting any responses to my inquiries and the lady took my email down and said she'd make sure to connect us via email. No response, again. Very unprofessional. I have since moved on and found another place, but I am still disappointed.

My Children had been enrolled in the Sonshine Center for childcare and the summer camp and the care and programs are fantastic!! My review is based on response from the admin at the center. I requested tax documentation several times and the response time is very inadequate. Leann stated that the documents were sent by mail and when confirming my mailing address they had Broomfield as the city and I live in Brighton. Instead of apologizing and sending the statement right away she acted as if it was an inconvenience and just stated "I'll get it out as soon as possible" Be prepared to make your request multiple times before getting a reply!!
