OLA Staffing Review

I am giving this (Employment Agency) three stars as I am not familiar with this kind of agency, but some agency is similar to others. I do not have anything bad to say to this agency as they actually found a client down at Mississauga that needed workers to work at their distribution centre to deal with incoming merchandises and doing other general duties, such as packaging, labelling, and stocking delicate products within the warehouse. I liked the company that I am working for...but as the other reviewers as mentioned that they pay less for the work you do...I am beginning to learn that the work I do is not worth it, also...the company has more Indian workers, than any other race. So....it hard to understand some of them as they don't speak clear English. The reason why I am writing this review is because I am someone who should be paid exactly on my payday....and guess what? I never got paid as the supervisor for the shipping department did not bother to give my paycheque, but the funny part is...he gave others their paycheque and not me. So...when I do receive my paycheque...I will be giving him and this agency bad news regarding my employment status with them. Good Luck to anyone who is looking to work with this agency and wherever they place you...always ask for DIRECT DEPOSITTTT!!!! CIAO!!!

Great agency, very cooperative, understanding and helpful staff.

They couldn t find me a job but actually guided me towards my career, helped with my resume as well.

They are really helpful, helped me to find a job in very short time even when other agencies were slow.

Everytime i call them they said we dont have any work
