I don't need a coffee shop, bakery, or clothing store in my bike shop, I need good service, fair prices, and quality product. Jim will help you with any problem you might have or purchase you're looking to make. If the product is not in the shop, it can be had within a day. A day is worth the wait when dealing with quality people. I can get coffee down the street.

I normally do my own repair work,but I snapped a brake cable far from home and it needed immediate attention. I got that immediate attention and was back on the road within minutes. What more can you ask? Thanks,guys.

I had a cycle there being sold on consignment. It had it's original saddle and a $125.00 Brooks Flyer saddle. When I went to reclaim the bike not having sold for many months, it had it's original saddle and I was told by the proprietor of Hiawatha Cyclery he was going to keep the Brooks Flyer saddle.

I consider that theft; be warned.
