When i thought all the gun shops had gone ......

I had spent a long time reading up on a walther stainless leaver action rifle I had approached a few gun shops to get me one . I had no luck . I was told they were useless . The gun was a waste of money . Etc etc some didn't even let me look at one out if the box.
Solware was recommended to me by a friend and was 1 hr away . So I set off to solware . I was greeted by Paul . He's a top guy who made me a bru and a biscuit . He was more than happy to unpack the rifle and let me mess with it . He explained the best accessories so I come away with everything I needed and more. Paul and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly . I will be going back again soon for another gun I have my eye on. Altho customer service is worth more than money...... I find they are very reasonably priced aswell.
They have more stock in one place than I have seen for a long time .

Great guys, Alan knows his stuff when it comes to shotguns, really helpful and did me a great price on my beretta. Top knock service will use these guy again.

Carl and the boys at Solware, are absolutely fabulous gents. The place itself is amazing, having literally everything a country sportsman desires. It is well stocked with Shotguns, Air Rifles, Pistols, camouflage gear, boots, the list just doesn't stop. I rate this place as one of the best shooting outlets in the country by far. Carl Harlow is a guy that is top notch, he helps out as much as he can, from charities to events all over the country.

A great shop, very well stocked, I had hardly begun browsing before I was offered a coffee. I only intended browsing and canvassing opinion on the new HW110. I left with a Colt 1911 pistol and a reserve order on the 110.

A friendly bunch, great service very knowledgeable and a pleasure to stumble upon. I am now planning my jobs around being able to pop in.

Bought a new Weihrauch HW110 from Solware and there was an issue with the product from new. I can't fault this shop, they took total control, dealt directly with the importers and resolved the issue with a gun that is still on a waiting list in a matter of hours.

Seems that Carl at Solway cannot complete a simple transaction.
I ordered and paid for a brass cartridge screw for my CO2 pistol around three weeks ago and have been told so many different stories as to why I haven't received it that I am having to involve my bank to get the money back. It's just a simple brass screw! Solway!!

Brought a Remington Air Rifle and scope from these guys today after some advice via a few email conversations. Fantastic service from the guys at the shop. looking forward to getting back in to shooting after a 15 year void.

Good shop with plenty of stock at reasonable prices.
I had occasion to return my rifle under warranty and have say the service was excellent.
What let it down was the 'atmosphere' in the shop , the staff have some sort of issues with each other and it shows.
I thought it was just me but my wife made comment about it when we left

What can I say about So ware! These guys get to know you, and your needs. I had a problem with a well known make and Carl spent time to try and sort it out. The rifle was beyond help and needed to be sent to the skip.
But with the experience they have I have come away a happy bunny. I give these guys 100% customer service. I travel 80 mile round trip to theses guys, all of my kit apart from one rifle has come from Solware, and I own seven rifles, and two pistols, yes I have gun shops closer to me, but driving to Solware is like my second home.

Absolutely brilliant all members of the staff were great . Coffee on arrival. They actually bent over backwards to accommodate my issues . Very happy to extol the virtues of this establishment and would highly recommend a visit . Very knowledgeable.

I've bought many pistols from here even though they are based 22 miles away from where I live. The service is outstanding and every time I visit I always get a warm welcome. This store is run by shooters so all the guys know their products very well so you know you're getting the best advise. I wouldn't shop anywhere else as you can get everything here plus the prices tend to be lower. 10/10 for all the times I've visited and first class aftercare too, thanks.

Having experienced Solware s customer service and products over the last year to say I m impressed is a massive understatement. The customers service is like nothing I have ever experienced previously, it s outstanding. The team do everything in their power to ensure you have an enjoyable time wether you just looking or buying. On many an occasion the team has actually sold me a cheaper option than I was looking for as they stated it was better, tell me another company that is that customer focused and honest. Your always welcomed into the shop with a hot beverage and a biscuit. The owner Carl is a stand up guy, I ve never met a businessman with so much integrity. Again solware are extremely customer focused I cannot emphasise that enough. Pop down for a browse of Solware s massive stock list and you won t be disappointed. Many thanks to Carl and the team.

Even though it's a over an hour from home well worth a visit, has always answered e emails and queries so I don't get a wasted journey part exchange was a pleasure prices are also very competitive I will be making another trip soon when I have saved enough to make it worth my while

Customer friendly business and always a tea or coffee offered, very helpful staff, if it isn't in it can be gotten pretty quick
