Good company to work for especially for the freshers there is a lot to learn.

You might get confused with the hoarding that are placed at the front building where you would see vivo hoardings too.Thats not the exact building walk further and move behind you would see a high raised building ,Roxana written on top of it..walkin through ..what I remember it's 3rd floor where Solugenix currently running it's office. If you're here for an interview, don't get nervous .the ppl are really friendly and they expect the same from you. I had a face to face discussion with 2 HRs. Very professional and dedicated towards there work.they know their job really well. If you're a fresher you can learn a lot and this would be definitely a good platform to start with and gain more knowledge,expertise on your related field .One of the longest staying IT consulting firms in Hyderabad. Had a positive experience being interviewed.

Visited for an interview whereas they told as my profile is mismatch. Try to process profiles as per the requirements. Dont waste our time.

Given interview for marketing support role but no response. I tried to reach them but they didn't respond.

Solugenix has sent me the offer letter along with joining date after the 3 successful rounds of interview, I trusted on that mail and I drop a resignation to my company. After someday, HR informed me you are on hold as my leadership team is not reachable to me once I will get confirmation will let you know. Trust me it became around 3 months and they never came up with any reply. I faced really a big problem because of the poor hiring process of Solugenix. Not expected such kind of situation. So be carefule when you get a call from Solugenix.

After finshing written test and group discussion for data science designation the hr called for an personal interview and he rejected that i had only degree, remaining all are from m.tech and m.sc back ground he suggested me to do m.sc.
The hr said i'm willing to forward for the next round but due to your degree I'm not qualifying you.He said the acadamic percentage is good and projects which you have done was good but im not qualifying you.
This is not fare after clearing these mamy rounds at the final point he rejected of that reason.
Giving a competition to m.tech and m.sc student is an achievement for me but they are not considering that they only want the degree but not talent.....

I had a very bad experience with this company. After 2 rounds of interview, I was called by HR at Hyderabad office for HR round and to sign BGV froms and I was told by HR to receive offer letter on same day but couldn't provide. Then told that will receive in 2 days. No luck. Still I didn't get any answer. Worst company. Even Infosys and Wipro are good as compared to this small cap organization. Won't suggest to anyone to even waste the time in interviews.
