Good business! We have been going on vacation through this tour company for years and the service has always been good.

Best travel company in my opinion. Multiple journeys per year for 14 years. Nicely priced.

We had a great holiday outside the bus trip !! first class was not worth the money since back and forth I had to rush behind my husband .. I also know that you can not reserve the seats but ... Enough said that next time I just go

Certainly a good travel company. Ridden along last summer and again this year. Nice atmosphere, nice staff and nice that everyone is together.

Join more often. I didn't like it last year, but this year a bit better. Arrival was good. We stopped in quiet places and enough time to go to the bathroom. The bus was okay no defects.
The return journey was less. Picked up from Benidorm. After 1.45 am already a stop near Valencia where there is hardly anything to eat and few toilets open. Then a whole tour of salou to pick people up. Then a little later we had a short stop of 20 minutes. After that it was said that we would not have a night stop until 0.30 am which is much too late and it turned out that we had 15 minutes so we ladies again bad luck to just go to the toilet quickly can. Then a silent stop. Then the morning stop at 9am. Again far too short of 15 minutes. Then less than 2 hours later a short stop for shopping in luxembourg. No time to go to the toilet here either, as there were 5 buses from solmar and a 20 minute break. I think this is a mess.
Good point was that we could now book essential seats. For a fee, but downside the desired place was not available ... which I do not understand because there were people from Salou ??? Only Benidorm had the essentials. So it is not quite perfect. Apartment was ok.

Update. Now with solmar for the 3rd year in a row. Arrival bus 4 was ok. However, the seats were not allowed to move back during the day if you sat by the stairs with no one behind you. Ridiculous. I paid extra for that chair because of this that I could lie back and then it is not allowed. The most idiotic comes back then. We were told that our essence place we paid for was off. Then why on earth do I have an essence ???? Then you sit on the chair immediately after the stairs with that partition in front of your legs, which is not comfortable.
Then the worst. I had put my chair back a few centimeters so that I wasn't sitting straight but could at least use my neck pillow. The host on bus 5 starts to whine that the seat should be upright. What the hell does this mean? I was not in sleep mode. There was enough space at the back neighbors who, by the way, did not sit upright either, but nothing was said about that? As far as I am concerned, it has really been my last trip with them.

Service is also 0.0. Were robbed immediately upon arrival. Perhaps the tour guide could have helped us with what we had to do? But nothing. Can figure everything out for yourself. Next time I will just book the app separately and with another company.

We found both the outward and the return trip not so great the bus is getting old is rickety bus 19 no was not such a pleasant trip !!!

Preview weekend is definitely worth a visit goodiebag with their travels. On the path in the departure and arrival hall with stands for information and as a topper a mini concert by John de bever with Marianne weber. Very successful trip and you can also get on the solmar bus.

Have you been given a very friendly welcome, now you have to wait and see if the travel plans are in order if there is still room in the hotel? Hopefully so!

I am starting to book from 3-1-2020, but because Solmar has a new system our invoice is still not in order (first we had to wait or agree on promo room, I understand this and I have no problems with that) but everything has gone wrong since the invoices were received! no all-in but half-board, and 2x3 person room instead of 3x2 person room, 10 days instead of 13, there can still only be 9 people on 1 invoice (and that in 2020 and a new system, then why a new system) so I need 2x emergency fund and pay administration costs (is not my problem that we want to go on vacation with his 10th. We are going on holiday with Solmar for the 11th time and never had any problems not with booking and not in hotel and not with the bus, but this does not predict I am going to call again because I want a correct invoice.

When I attended, there was a fair. Here they could get inspiration for a holiday or ask questions about specific topics.

We traveled with Solmar to Vienna in the last week of April 2016. Our trip was unforgettable. Our bus driver (Karin) was not only competent, but always cheerful and willing to do something extra to make the passengers happy. Our hostess (Senna) was tireless, came regularly to ask if we wanted something to drink, and was extremely competent in arranging everything. Hats off to this duo !!!! Thanks to them, our week went very well.

Staff seems to be under pressure. Despite that they do a very good job, are friendly and professional.

Very happy with solmar we have been going with them for 24 years, nice people and beautiful buses. And now I went to the home fair and again saw a super nice bus from you. Well I say until April

Had a great trip. Shame the croquette sandwiches weren't warm.
Plenty of legroom in the first class bus.
Often the volume of the audio installation is loud, that you have to set the sound very loud with your headphones.

More generous seats only in the back and above, there is no good feet support for the second from the right or left

The outward journey was fine. Very nice drivers. The return trip was slightly less, "boring" drivers who did not give much information. For us it was the first time so that would have been nice. Very satisfied everywhere and therefore definitely recommended.

Unfortunately after many fantastic travels with Solmar, we had a very negative experience for a while. After all this time, it is still not comfortable for us and so we still have a review. We got a free upgrade to first class on the way back, which is of course very nice if you haven't booked this. We also got the best seats. Another couple from our hotel had apparently overheard this when my friend and I discussed this and were not pleased with this. However, we couldn't do anything here, because it was arranged by Solmar himself. They told everyone who came on the bus and they incited everyone against us. Then we were threatened by these people that if we didn't give our places to them, they would do everything to us (I'll save the details). I didn't feel safe at all anymore and the bus staff came to see what was going on. They didn't fix this properly !! Instead of these people being tackled, we should just stand up for these screaming and anti-social people who threatened us. They got their way, the best places and we had to move to another place. In the end I was so upset that I asked for other seats on a different bus. This was arranged with the announcement that we had to report this to customer service. We finally did this and we just had to send an email. Also done this and explained everything in details. In the end we were fobbed off with a free upgrade to first class if we booked again. No compensation or anything for a horrible return trip from Spain that started at the hotel. My grandfather worked for Solmar and said if these were my guests I would have turned them off the bus instead of decent people (regular customers) who could not do anything about this situation. The regular customers who have traveled with Solmar for years, they have in any case lost from this experience. Just to be clear, we are a couple in their 20s and these people who threatened us could have been our parents. Very sad.

We have been traveling to Spain with Solmar for many years. Would not want anything else and the first class buses are ideal.

Departure Maarheeze to Austria, 20.30 arrival Saalbach 8.00. Drive to Landal Rehrenberg, here we must be !! Drive 500m back to Raiffeisenbank where we have to get off. According to the book, but a pity. Return, departure Raiffeisen on paper, but this doll driver also has his own rules outside the village, so we have to struggle through the snow again. Thank you for the service? A nice bus.

With Solmar tours we traveled to Benidorm at the end of November by bus. Although the bus ride is long (around 26 hours) it was a pleasant ride, partly due to the hostess and the good seats. Sleeping in a bus is always difficult so I didn't do that much, but in principle you can sit almost horizontally in those seats so if you sleep a bit easily it will work here too. The hotel we were in was excellent and the information provided too. The best was the low prices! So Solmar is recommended!

Solmar Maarheeze, the departure place of all buses. While waiting for departure, you can drink coffee with something there. Or if you have a hearty appetite then there are snacks, with or without a sandwich. Everything to make the waiting as pleasant as possible. And of course toilets. Downstairs and above an invalid toilet

Boarding place for your summer vacation. It can become a messy intention in busy times.
